I received fantastic help from Ardash with another StarApps app we use, and he pointed out that we were missing alt text on many of the images across our store. He recommended giving this app a try and was incredibly helpful in getting it installed and answering all of my questions. The app looks really useful, however I haven’t had a chance to fully use it yet, but so far I’m very impressed with the support and would definitely recommend it.

The app is simple to use, integrates seamlessly with our store, and allows us to present information clearly to customers, which has definitely reduced repetitive enquiries. We use this app to help our customers register or edit their account using a form we have created in Customer Fields. Our customers are able to opt out of paying VAT if they are eligible and can start purchasing immediately without having to contact us to change their account and refund the VAT retrospectively. We had a small problem with how to add the 'Edit Account' link to the account page and after reaching out for help it was done for us, what more can you ask for. Excellent app and great support. This app was easy to install and works perfectly for our needs, we needed a way for our customers to agree to 2 sets of terms and conditions before completing the checkout. It is the only variant option app to have this feature, essential if you have a large stock with many different options.
