Excellent app, always so responsive and able to accomodate
Hey, this is my first review on shopify apps. I was comparing almost all shoppable videos apps, I'm not sure where I noticed this one, read the reviews, almost all said Support is great and Irek nailed it with this app. I said ok, let's try it, I had tried almost all other apps in this category, I was really curious about it because in the cheapest plan of this app, it has unlimited views unlike 99% of similar apps which have limitation on views/impression/click. There was 1 small issue, I wrote in the support chat, Irek instantly came in and fixed the issue, that was actually the fastest time for support to fix my issue in my life ever. Well, besides of this, this app for me is the best one among all others. Thanks a lot again Irek
I can’t say enough good things about Storista and their incredible team, especially Irek! This app has been an absolute game-changer for our Shopify store. The seamless integration of shoppable Instagram Reels videos has transformed our product pages into engaging, trust-building experiences that our customers love. The widgets are beautiful, user-friendly, and perfectly showcase our brand’s vibe, driving conversions like never before. What truly sets Storista apart is their unparalleled customer support, and Irek is the shining star here! He went above and beyond to help us customize features, troubleshoot issues, and even build a bespoke function tailored to our store’s needs. His responses were lightning-fast, kind, and professional, making the entire process a breeze. Irek’s dedication and expertise made us feel valued and supported every step of the way. Storista isn’t just an app—it’s a must-have tool for any Shopify store looking to elevate their e-commerce game with stunning visuals and social proof. The value for money is unbeatable, and the results speak for themselves: increased engagement, higher conversions, and happier customers. Thank you, Irek, and the entire Storista team, for creating such a fantastic product and delivering world-class service. We’re thrilled to be using Storista and can’t recommend it highly enough!
i think the best app in this category ... allows to import links of post feed which makes the process easy for a custom feed .. IREK support was great - to install and have it running in few mins
Irek is a superstar. So happy about this app and cannot wait to utilise all the functionalities. The support is excellent with Irek being a champ. Thank you guys .
This app is a game changer. Being able to showcase our products in videos in such an easy way is a great feature and I totally recommend it. The app itself is very easy to use. And being able to tag the products on the video, so that they become shoppable is great. They also have an excellent customer service. They replied right away to all our questions through their chat, and they have been are very keen to find solutions to the specific demands of our store. And the best part: It has helped us increase our revenue. So, we can totally recommend them.
Storista is the best app I've found so far for adding beautiful video/photo carousels and showcasing Instagram & TikTok content. The design looks super clean, and you can easily import links from IG and TikTok to create carousels, video grids, spotlights—basically anything you like. It’s a great way to keep a site fresh and engaging without the extra work of hosting and coding. Also, the support is incredible! By far my favorite app in the entire Shopify store :)
The app is amazing and has helped convert so many of our customers!! Also the support is unreal when you need help. I wouldn't ever get rid of this app. Thanks again
This app is truly amazing! Developers are available to help you integrate into your store. It’s really rare to have service of this quality. Bravo for your work. I highly recommend.
Amazing!!!! First off, the customer service provided by Storista is unparalleled. I have been using Shopify for years and never had such great service provided by an app before. Reached out to the team to get them to help with custom development for more video functionality and they totally pulled through. Now not only does Storista offer great social proof videos to help customers 'shop the look', but they have also built out a function to loop videos on collection pages. Game changer. I would HIGHLY recommend this app for any e-comm brand. Seriously. Video is the name of the game. And this app is now our MVP for our site. Thanks, team!
This app was already amazing when I installed it, but when I asked for a specific feature, Irek actually build this feature together with me and developed it for everyone to enjoy. He is a hero! That's quite an amazing customer service. I will use this app for as long as I have my online store. My customers love the videos on the product pages and this will absolutely increase my sales. Thank you Irek!
We started using the app a couple of weeks ago, and the support has been great! Initially, we encountered a problem with the app not having the features we wanted (like re-directing the customer to the product page) and we also experienced inconsistency with the product pricing display. However, the team quickly responded and added the features we needed within a day! Many thanks for your assistance.
Excellent, fast, diligent work! Irek was a superstar!
Storista and Irek is like God-mode for shoppable video Shopify plugins. Context: Ex-Tolstoy paying customer - Pro ($19/month) plan. It's dumb that their pricing model is based on number of impressions/views to the page with tier widget but not necessarily # of plays. After we went viral on IG, we got 100K+ visitors on our site and got slapped a $957 over usage bill. I told their CS that it's silly to charge me for website visitors instead of Plays. They didn't listen. So I searched around. And after Novel, Videowise (same dumb pricing model as Tolstoy), I stumbled upon Storista. BAM! I installed the plugin. Replaced my Tolstoy widget with Storista in 30 min. Emailed Irek for some CSS help and he responded in 10 min. Outcome: 1-week since installing Storista: 128X ROI on revenue generated from widget Plays and $950+ cost savings on pesky usage fee. Go Storista!
Been using the app for about 2 weeks. Definitely a top-tier driving sales app with easy integration, great customization widgets and super helpful support (thanks Irek). Exactly the app I was looking for our eshop :)
Super happy with how quickly this can be up and running, customer service responded within a few minutes and Irek was brilliant, he solved any issues immediately, also understood my questions and guided me on how to find what I was asking for. Highly recommend!
Great app. Irek is very responsive and setup a custom function for us. Happy to use the app and look forward to future updates.
Great app, quick and easy to instal. Great customisations too. Thank you.
I highly recommend this app. It is simple to install, and works exactly as intended. Irek (from Storista) is very helpful, quick to respond, and answer all my questions. He is really keen to make sure everything works perfectly. It's also very good value for money. I use the widget on every page of my site, playing dozens of Instagram reels. You should try it! Review update: I was received a response from Irek on their support team, explaining auto-sync. Apparently, it updates daily at 2am UTC. That's when it grabs any new reels from your IG account and that's when they will then show up on your website. I really appreciate support getting back to me to explain what I had misunderstood. I think that this app is great, and I will be recommending it to anyone who asks. --- (I'm leaving my original review here so that anyone can see the issue I thought I encountered, and the solution provided by their support team.) I was able to get reels onto my website, but it seems like the auto-sync function isn't working because any new reels that I post aren't showing up. I have tried to contact support through their chat and have gotten no response. I'm not sure if I misunderstood what the auto-sync function was supposed to do, but I will need assistance if I am going to continue to use this app.
The app works perfectly. It shows IG stories and IG feed in my store as I needed. The customer care is excellent!
This App is great to view your IG stories in the common known way. easy to integrate and with a few css tweaks you can match it the look of your theme. small theme-stylesheet related issues could easily be fixed by their nice and quick support people. thanks!
Exactly what our store needed and the support team is very responsive and willing to help with any needs.
They charged me for the app but my store's still being worked on. So it was only me who viewed any of the stories. Just to see if they worked. That free option is a lie.

I started my business as an Instagram shop so I rely on stories heavily to sell my products. After trying several apps on for Insta integrations I am now rooting for this app to become the best on Shopify! Customer service is AMAZING. I am such a picky person and requested a lot customisations but everything turned out looking so good and I love it. The developer clearly has a lot of technical skills and he can carry out changes very quickly, super helpful :D I am very very happy with how my website looks now. THANK YOU SO MUCH STORISTA :D
Incredible app! This is the only app I found that works for Instagram story highlights. The video widget is so BEAUTIFUL. I love it! I use it for all 5 Shopify stores I own. You can even use this app for a regular video gallery. It is so much better than POWR video gallery.
Nice app. The support is also very responsive and willing to fix/ improve the app. I'm excited to see the results it could bring to our store.
