Swap has been fantastic to date! They are always very quick to support with new developments as the global trading landscape continues to change for E-com brands. Nisha and the team supported us with an integration into our 3PL's WMS that's resulted in significant savings on EU D&T through a better pricing strategy and supporting documentation. If we've had any minor issues the team have resolved them quickly and i'm looking forward to exploring more opportunities with them soon.
New to the system but it's already making a big difference to the operational part of our business. The process has been great, the onboarding team have been incredibly helpful and I really appreciate the support of having a dedicated account manager to touch base with and help use the system to grow our business.
Swap is a really useful tool that helps us manage our store returns seamlessly, making the process much easier for our team. The whole team is wonderful to work with and always so helpful and efficient when it comes to our requests, providing quick updates and resolving any issues. We would especially like to highlight our Account Manager, Eoin, who is always on top of our account and incredibly proactive in helping us with anything we need. He is a pleasure to work with and always goes above and beyond to support us.
Swap is a comprehensive platform that provides an end-to-end service for global shipping and returns. The portal is easy to navigate both as a business and as a customer. Their AI integration also provides valuable data and insights into customer return reasons. The platform has made it easy for us to ship internationally on a DDP basis to our customers all over the world.
We’ve had a really positive experience using Swap for our cross-border sales. Before implementing Swap, managing international trade was much more manual and complex, and it was difficult to get a clear view of the true cost to serve each market. Swap has made a huge difference by giving us much better visibility, flexibility and control over how we manage our international sales. One of the biggest things we value is how innovative the team is. They’re constantly developing the platform, introducing new solutions and looking for ways to make things easier for us as a business. The whole Swap team are great to work with, but a special mention has to go to Eoin, our Account Manager. He really takes ownership of the account, stays close to what we need and makes sure things keep moving from our side. Overall, Swap has made cross-border trading much easier for us to manage and has become an important part of how we operate internationally.
Swap is very easy to use, and covers many areas that are not native to Shopify so it saves us downloading other additional apps. It provides return data, product info check and various analytics that are helpful to review how our business is doing. It also constantly rolls out updates to provide new features and more customisations for users. The support team is very helpful and listens to our feedback to accommodate any new changes or suggestions.
We’ve had a really good experience with Swap for our cross-border sales. Swap Is a great app that we use across multiple areas including swap protect and are about to launch our first agentic store front. Swap Global has been key to keeping our US business running. When duties and shipping costs made cross border trading difficult, Swap gave us a straightforward way to keep selling into the US with duties and taxes handled clearly for the customer and for us. The customer service is excellent. Highly recommend to any UK brand shipping internationally.
It's made our shipping to the US so much easier, and smoother for ourselves and the customers. We've only just recently started using it for other countries too, but so far so good!
We have introduced Swap into our business on two fronts - returns and cross border commerce. Both have been a great success and any issues have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. We have been fortunate enough to be managed by a very competent and informative Account Manager (Eoin) who has taken it upon himself to understand the mechanisms of our business to contribute and suggest improved methods of working. After 11 years of running my company, I can honestly say I have never experienced customer service like this. I had reached a point where rising international shipping costs meant I was only selling in the UK and USA. In fact, I had even stopped selling into the USA because the import duties had become so expensive. The USA is my biggest market so I genuinely thought my business might not be sustainable without it. Thanks to Swap, I can now ship worldwide with really amazing rates. It has opened up the world for my business in a way I honestly didn’t think was possible. And the service is just exceptional - my account manager, Eoin, is absolutely brilliant. He is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and nothing ever feels like too much trouble. When I have a question (there are many!!) or problem, I know I’m in safe hands. And then there’s Maia in customer services - honestly, WOW. In 11 years of running my company, I have never experienced customer service on this level. Everyone at Swap is so responsive, helpful and genuinely lovely. Swap also takes care of our international sales tax, which is a HUGE bonus and saves me the expense and hassle of having someone else deal with all of this separately. And then there’s their returns portal which is also fabulous. It’s something I’ve never had before and it makes the whole returns process so much easier for me and my customers. For a small business owner, having a company like Swap behind you makes such a difference. They’ve taken so much stress and complexity out of international selling and, more importantly, they’ve allowed me to keep growing my business when I genuinely thought international shipping costs might force me to stop. If you’re on the fence, I hope this review helps you to just go for it!
swap's solution to cross border shipping solved so many problems that we had selling internationally. The big one is that it seamlessly helped customers clearly see if any duties & taxes were payable & how much they might be, which massively increased our US business. Secondly, swap handle all of the tax side of things, particularly in Europe, which gave us the confidence to market there more with less admin. They're also super helpful both during onboarding & once live.
I'm really happy with the service from Swap Global. Since working with them, I've seen a noticeable increase in international orders, which has been great for growing my business. One thing I really appreciate is having a dedicated account manager, it's made the whole process smoother and more personal. Communication is always clear and responsive, and overall, it's been a great experience.

Swap is the perfect solution for us to start shipping to the US from Europe. Through our 3PL we were unable to offer a great customer experience for the right price. With Swap we are able to fulfil those needs. Next to that, the onboarding was super smooth. The team at Swap did a great job, very clear communication with a quick go live.
We have been using SWAP global now since the beginning of September 2024 and have been really pleased in the performance of the system. We have an improved customer journey and transparency with costs, better control over pricing and shipping and having the ability to have fixed pricing for independent regions - none of which we had access to before. The onboarding team have been amazing and getting us set up and running in record time and are always on hand to answer question and tweak our set up. Can't fault them at all. If you combine this with their awesome returns portal then you have a fantastic cross boarder solution for shipping and reutrns. Highly recommend!

If you run an eCommerce store from the UK and want all the headaches of international shipping taken away, then this is for you! We had worked with other third-parties and directly with couriers, but nothing compares to the level of support, service and offering that SWAP provide. This also works perfectly with their returns and exchanges app, which is also one of the best on the market. We would 100% recommend this to anyone doing international shipping and want a cost effective and easy to use solution.
