Overall the products are great and the customer service is very fast. I like the variety of options and the return policy as well. My suggestion is to make the product descriptions more thorough with sizing as the size charts provided are often generic. UPDATE- I'm disappointed with Trendsi lately. All the name brand items are just old supply and not being restocked. Buyers want the name brand, not items from overseas.

I had a few questions and Maria helped me out a lot. I only gave 3 stars on the app only because the label process isn't ready so I can't select or brand products I'd like to sell. So, I can't rate the quality or performance of the app. The customer service was great though, 5 stars.

Lorie was very helpful in clarifying Trendsi policy. I love the app and the items.Great quality but the return window is really short compare to the online fashion market wish it was for more longer days since it takes people time to decide to stay with an item or not.

There are tons of really cute items on this app. However, I was really disappointed with how high the "wholesale" prices are. I'm connected to a few other dropshippers that offer the exact same brands and I can get the same things cheaper through my other suppliers. Hoping I can find some items decently priced that I can add to my store.
