My experience with "Chette" today was very helpful. I was having an issue with my orders continuing to have the incorrect status and Chette was exceptional with taking care of the issue in a very timely manner that met my need in the moment. A BIG shout out to Chette. Thank you.
I had an issue with products showing as "Out of Stock" in my store. Lorie walked me through correcting it and was very helpful.
It is so easy to use, and the products are so good, I can't believe I found this!

Chette was absolutely wonderful! I had several questions about handling a customer return, and Chette was extremely patient and helpful. She took the time to answer each of my questions, explain the return and refund process, and help me work through an issue with the return process. She even went above and beyond by approving a one-time courtesy return for my customer. I really appreciated her willingness to help and make sure I understood the process rather than simply giving me a quick answer. As a small business owner, customer support like this is incredibly valuable. Thank you, Chette, for being so helpful and professional!

I just finished speaking with "Mikah," a customer service representative via chat. She was awesome! She communicated effectively, ensuring she had total clarity on my questions and concerns before responding or seeking additional help from her team. She was patient and friendly. Much appreciated! Just to add a brief comment regarding the connection with Trendsi and Shopify. This is an excellent service that streamlines the e-commerce process tremendously. I am relatively new to this, and the companies have been beneficial! UPDATE (2026): After working more extensively with Trendsi, I still appreciate their responsive customer support and quality product offerings. Chette was recently very helpful in clearly explaining wholesale MQQ requirements and inventory options. Their product photography and sample quality continue to be strong advantages. My main feedback is that more flexibility in wholesale purchasing --especially mixed-color pack options--would be very helpful for small boutique owners. Overall, Trendsi remains a valuable sourcing partner with excellent support.
