Excellent support as usual resolving an issue with the app. Always a pleasure to deal with.
Small issue with re-activating the app after a small pause. As with previous contact with Hextom, Angelo on this occasion was extremely helpful and proficient. Wouldn't hesitate in recommending using this company.
Installed app today, support so far has been very good.
The support from Simprosys has been exceptional. We had a few issues to be resolved and they couldn't have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this app and their customer support team, we have used this app for many years and it does exactly what we require it to do.
Extremely helpful and quick to respond to a small printing issue, which has now been resolved efficiently by Lauro. We were looking for an app that would improve our AOV at The Glove Store. This was simple to install with a little help from the exceptional Customer Services (Pavi) to customise the appearance of the Discount Table so it blends in with our theme. Nothing was too much trouble. The only negative point was that the app does not work when placing orders on behalf of Customers on the Admin panel it only works on the 'Front End'. Which is a shame as we take a lot of repeat orders over the telephone.
