Works just as we need it to!

Finally, an app that lets the customer choose their free gift with purchase, and allows the store to set up complete scenarios (like total free gifts per order). The workflow could not be simpler, but most apps I've tried have very few or limited scenarios for free gift features. Extremely easy to set up. So glad I've found it.

The app works well, and their support team is very responsive to feedback and has demonstrated their eagerness to go above and beyond which was a pleasant and well received service. Highly recommend.

We were struggling with pop up set up and this app was recommended by a developer. It's very simple to use, reasonably priced and the team behind it are super helpful! They got back to me in just a few minutes when we had an issue due to user error!

Unfortunately, the app has some cross-effects with others, but you just have to check that individually in your own shop. The support is keen to make the customer happy and takes care of open questions or problems even at unusual times.

Used this to create simple add on services for customers when adding items to checkout. Really easy to set up and design it to match your store. Had a little issue with this but tech support was very quick and sorted me out.

It works! Shopify doesn't automatically add a free gift to the cart, even when you set up buy x get y, so this was the work around I found. Very slick, quick to set up. I think we will use start using it for other things too!

Really great app, could not beleive it was free and very well working. Customer service was on point, very helpfull and competent! We had a couple issues with programing discounts and they found solutions to all our problems, I would highly recommend this app if you'd like to upsell with suggested products and discounts.

We have been using Upsell since we opened in 2014 and we've recently had an issue due to an update on the theme by Shopify. We contacted customer service and they solved the problem immediately. Communication was amazing. We installed Unlimited Upsell shortly after we opened our online boutique on March 2014. The app was easy to install and works great with our shopify theme. The instructions to create an upsell were user friendly. Overall a well designed app that does exactly what it is for. I will continue using it and I recommend to anybody that needs an Upsell app.

I looked for an up-sell app for a long time and I finally found it!

The team is great! They worked quick and within less than 24 hours to help us get the app ready to go for a big sale!! Now if they are able to get the app to work without having to create a duplicate copy of the item, this would be the ultimate upsell ever!!

grat product, support and company

I went through about 6 other Product Upsell apps before finding this one which is the only one I found that allowed me to create an offer specific to product variations. We sell maps of different sizes but only have frames for one specific size - so I only wanted the offer to pop up when customers purchased that specific size. This was the only app that seemed to do it properly! Only just installed it but will update the review if/ when I get an Up Sell!

Nice app, good support. We have used this as an incentive for increasing order size and it has worked well. Easy to use.

8Upsell is a very useful tool for our upsell needs. It offers specific options that were not available in other upsell apps. It has a very user friendly monitoring interface with very useful info. I would recommend it.

Love 8Upsell! This has paid for its self with at least a 1200% return on investment. A couple of times i have had issues, but a support ticket raised has been dealt with super quick and extremely helpfully! Update: After using this app for about 8m now, we have a Conversion rate of 12% of orders with upsell. Thats 1300 baskets with extra £££! LOVE IT

This is the way all apps should be for Shopify. EASY. With quick customer service. Not that we needed customer service. Initially, I couldn't figure out how to install it - only to realize that it was SO EASY that I didn't have to do anything. It was already installed and good to go. Interface is intuitive and a new offer takes moments to create. We've had this working for about 10 days - took us a little tweaking to figure out the best offers, but we've now upsold nearly $200 in the last week. Considering the price of the app, I'd say that it's a GREAT value! And I just have to say again - Customer Service. It matters so much to us. BOLD has nice apps, but no customer service to speak of. I emailed support for Upsell and had a friendly email reply within a couple of hours. Much appreciated.

I experienced trouble installing the app, however the SpurIT Team were quick to respond and assisted in resolving the problem. Now the app is working on our Justforfishing.com web store and our customers are enjoying our special offer. I recommend this app for any web store, it is a great addition. This app is really great! I love that I can (SIMPLY) customize with great complexity. The genius who designed this made complex easy. I just need some traffic to be built back up after switching to Shopify to test it out. This is an excellent app for everyone. Takes about 20 minutes to set up but well worth it. Very modern and a pleasure to work in.

I can't believe this app is free. It will allow you to display custom checkout offers to anyone based on the products they select. You can get very granular in this, which is great. I had some trouble installing the app, due to the theme I have, but the support team resolved the issue for me in no time. If you don't use this app, you are missing out.

Upsell is great! The installation was a piece of cake. It's almost too good to be true! I was expecting to pay a pretty penny for this great feature! The support is phenomenal as well.

Very well done app-still having a play around. I like the fact you can customize the window to match your site style plus choose how much customer neeeds to spend and on what product before getting the offers.
