Seems to work well and it looks very nice on the website. They were helpful with set up and my customers appreciate the feature.
I opened an account with them and looked around, tried getting started and then decided it was not the best fit for me. I deleted the app and the next day received THREE phone calls from them starting at 7:30am and messages as well as an email. I told them I cancelled my account and didn't need it. Received a 4th phone call again and he even acknowledged that I cancelled and yet he was still insisting on setting up an on-boarding with me. Extremely pushy. There are better apps out there and for better prices (which they argue).
Works great, very easy to use and looks nice. www.treehuggerclothpads.com
App was not working properly and I waited 5 days with no reply to emails from support and have had to delete the app. I do not recommend it and have found an easier to use app.

Hello! This is Sean, the Customer Success Manager for Product Customizer. We took over this app from the previous owner :) You left a negative review for Product Customizer a long time ago and I am emailing to see if you wouldn’t mind removing it (or adding more stars)? We have already made several improvements and fixes to past issues with this app (including new features and 24/7 support) - and it REALLY helps our ranking on the App Store if we can remove the handful of negative reviews. Please let me know how I can support you and help in return? I appreciate it very much! -Sean & the Product Customizer Team
App works better than others I have tried and great, fast service! See it working at www.treehuggerclothpads.com
For $2 a month you really can't go wrong! I have had some complaints of it not working properly but for the most part my customers love it. http://www.treehuggerclothpads.com
This truly is my favorite app! I have been using it for many months now and it consistently brings in $500+ every single month in add-ons. These are items that would NOT have been added to carts without it.
Works quickly and does what it says :)
Such a great app! They did all of the set up for me (within a day) and it is working well. There is a slight hesitation of the currency switching on each page but I love that it shows prices in the customers home currency.
This app is fantastic! It gives clear direction for our customers and does the tricky math for them. I absolutely believe this will increase sales as we often get orders that come in at $98 because people do not see that we offer free shipping on orders over $100 (even though we have it everywhere). The pop-up is nice and not intrusive in my opinion at all.
