Literally I have tried about 3 other apps over the past 7 years to sync Ebay and Etsy with my Shopify store and they have all been a disaster. The set up is a bit rough in that Etsy is not the easiest store to deal with especially if you want to use calculated shipping or more than a few variants but that is an Etsy issue. They clearly explained what the app can do for my particular store and helped walk me through it all and addressed my issues quick. The difference with this company is in the amazing 24/7 customer service where the team will make sure to answer all your concerns and help you or themselves fix the issues. They give you clear and kind illustrations how to get the app to work for you. I have thousands of products with tons of variants and sell mainly one of a kind so this is a HUGE feat. I have been using this app for over 2 years now. It has been fantastic! My store was just upgraded to 2.0 and I asked for some help getting the app up to speed with my new theme and magically it was taken care of the next day. They don't always answer the emails you send but they get the work done so if you don't get an answer, check your site to see if they already did the work because most likely they have. I LOVE Smartrmail. I have been using this app for my email, abandon cart and auto emails for over 2 years now and have an ROI of over $70 for every $1 spent! They are super responsive when I have questions and the pricing is fair. They are always coming up with new additions to the software's capability. The BEST part is the auto emails that send new product to customers. I have not found ANY other app that does this and find my ROI to be highest in this area. Pixels is a fantastic addition to our store. Being able to sell branded product on demand as a part of our Shopify store is a lifesaver. Spreading the word about our brand and at the same time not having to keep massive inventory of branded items.
