We wanted to implement auto add to cart gift feature that only gets triggered at the checkout and I was having a hard time finding an app that lets you do that until I found Upsell Plus. I highly recommend Upsell plus. Not just for the smoothly integrated Upsell buttons at checkout, but the customer service is unmatched. They got all of my products completely set up, and helped me make any changes. I have dealt with other third party apps that were impossible to get a hold of. Not these guys. Best service ever and a good product. And it has already lead to more sales.
Excellent App! Does what we need it to do without being obtrusive. We have seen massive ROI on the investment that we have made. Has a few features that we have not been able to find in other checkout upsell apps (Requires sizing info, customizable thumbnail, true upsell with cart widget etc.) However what sets it apart is the speed of reply from customer support. I bother them a lot with custom requests but I have yet to wait more than 2 minutes to receive a human reply. Amazing!
Amazing! What a great customer services and dev team. I had some initial issues setting up the app but Santiago and team went above and beyond to understand my use case and help make it work. Oh, and the functionality is amazing, I needed something that could work with variants to trigger upsells, and this was really the only app hat I found that delivered, and more. First, app is great. Tons of customizations to make it really look natural to our brand. Second, the service was insane! I had an issue and chated with a real person immediately, he sent a loom, then we got on a video chat, all in 2 minutes, and problem solved!

This app is by far the most convenient and user-friendly when it comes to adding a checkout cross-sale. After struggling with Bold, monk, and other apps, this was the only one with the functionality we needed; the Support was there to help out even on a busy Sunday. This is by far the best Shopify app I've used. I needed a subscription offer that would upsell customers who hadn't initially opted for a subscription, right at checkout. We've only just recently added this app to our store, just in time for BFCM period. It's almost caught us off guard just how valuable an app like this is and is making the team kick themselves for having not added something like this sooner! The app itself is very easy to use and setup. We've had multiple queries with their CS team who have been very helpful! It'd be great if the app updated it's performance on a more often than daily basis to monitor immediate performance from new offers placed online. Other than that, we can highly recommend this app and you'd be missing out on a large portion of revenue if you weren't to use the features this app has to offer.
