High recommend Weglot. We have been using Weglot for a number of months after trying a few out. The app is easy to use, has great translations which can easily be manually updated, you can pick what you would like translated and the SEO works well. Moreover, we have contacted the support team many times to resolve issue that have arisen as we have improved our website, and each time, the support is exceptional.

Weglot makes managing a multilingual website much easier. The integration is smooth, the interface is straightforward, and it saves a lot of time when working across different languages. Customer support has also been very good: responsive, helpful, and efficient whenever I had a question. Overall, a reliable solution that I would recommend.
We have been using Weglot for our multilingual Shopify store for quite some time now, and the app has been an excellent investment for our international SEO strategy. What really stands out is the support team. We recently outgrew our current plan due to the expansion of our website with many new technical pages, blogs and multilingual content. Instead of simply pointing us to a much more expensive standard plan, the Weglot team took the time to understand our situation and came back with a custom Pro+ plan that perfectly fits our current needs. The support is exceptionally: my question about DNS settings with Shopify and Weglot was answered by Fanny from Weglot in a fast, detailed, professional and really friendly manner. After a comparison with the comparable (non-AI based) translation apps and a few years with Weglot, I can say the following: this app has most of the functions you need for international trade at this time. Make sure that you have a thorough understanding of translation before implementing a translation app. Weglot offers many practical guides as PDFs on their website. It takes some time to familiarize yourself with the app, but translations are also a technically demanding field. The support is goal-oriented, responds quickly and is always friendly. They went the extra mile and implemented a custom solution for the hreflang tags if you use Shopify markets. It makes sense to take some time and carry out the full implementation with the help of the support team.
This is the go to solution if you are looking for translating your website. Also if you went a bit too hard with hardcoding your sections, it even translates those. Also whenever you have a problem, just contact customer support. Best customer support i ever experienced.

I was using the native Shopify translate tool at first which A) limited you to two languages and B) translates with Google translate, which in the age of AI no longer cuts it. Weglot provides much better quality translations, much more customisations and has high quality and responsive customer support. As I sell internationally, I see the money spent is an investment to boost conversion rather than a cost.

Very easy to set-up and very helpful support - they reply within minutes (on workdays). I believe for final polished translations they still need to be reviewed, LLMs unfortunately are not there yet. Hopefully they will keep improving, specially translate more within context of where the translation is, about what it is, what page/product is about.

We've been dealing with 4 languages on our Euro website. Managing these by hand was too complex and costly. And even when doing it by hand, a lot of translations get lost through the cracks. We also tried other auto translate apps. These apps were not reliable because they were either limited in the number of translations or just would take days to translate a simple website. Weglot fixed all this! It took a bit of time to setup properly since we use sub-folders for our languages but once we got it setup with the help of the Weglot team it translated our website on the fly! No need to wait days, every page is translated as it's loaded. And the options for translations are much more advanced. You can have words that never get translated (ex: your brand name and trademarks). You can force some words to be translated in a certain way (good for words that have multiple meanings). Overall this app is well worth the price. Having a full time employee translating would cost much more. And finding one person that speaks 4 languages willing to translate our site full time is almost impossible. Highly recommended!

The app is easy to install and to use. Our plan got upgraded automatically once we reached the words limit, so now it is quite pricey for us. Unfortunately we're on the annual plan and can't cancel easily. We had a problem with the language switcher on mobile, but the support team was very helpful and quick in fixing it. Thanks and 5 stars for that.

The setup of the Weglot is complicated when you already use various other apps that need to be translated. However the customer service is top notch and very responsive. Special thanks to Antoine who really exceeded my expectations in terms of timely resolution of complex issues. The quality of translation is quite good and requires significantly less manual translation compared to shopify free app.

Weglot is the perfect solution for us. On the one hand, the translations are really very good, and on the other, the setup is also suitable for beginners. If problems arise, the really competent support is very quick to help solve the problem. Languages can be added or removed quickly. Likewise, all parts of the website can be easily translated without any programming knowledge. We have already tested other solutions, but have clearly decided on Weglot. Jeremie was incredibly helpful in walking me through the app setup process. He followed my emails patiently as I described the issues I was having, and then provided clear, step-by-step instructions to resolve it. Their knowledge of the app's features is really helpful, as he was able to suggest the right solutions. I also appreciated their resourcefulness in finding workarounds when I encountered a few minor blockages. That's really appreciated in a world in which customer service normally links you to a help center article, and you have to figure it all out. I'm grateful for their assistance and would highly recommend this app and their customer service team.

Support helped me very good when we launched our new website / new version. We went live and they deleted all old content. So we could easily add all new translations. This way we could even downgrade our yearly plan. And cleaned the amount of translated words in weglot. Manon, was excellent in her communications. And very quick responses.
Weglot has got you - even if you switch shopping carts. We are running on WooCommerce and will soon switch to Shopify. Weglot is the easiest part of the migration. Some initial issues were quickly resolved by their 5star customer service!

He utilizado esta aplicación por mucho tiempo (y probado otras) y realmente hay una diferencia grande, no solo en la edición de las traducciones y sus automatizaciones, sino también en relación al tema del SEO. El equipo de soporte (Manon, Remy, Jeremy) son rápidos y siempre bien predispuestos.
Since I am not a technical person, I didn’t know how to perform the system updates. Although I was generally satisfied with Weglot’s translation service, I was almost going to cancel the system since I got stuck with error messages. However, thanks to the clear instructions from Nahomy at the help desk, which I could easily understand, I was able to make all the updates and get it working smoothly. It’s great to have a good working system, but receiving fast and needs-based technical support... that’s amazing! Thank to Weglot and Nahomy in person:)
I will be honest and say that, in the beginning, I found this app quite complicated and kept going back to more simple apps from competitors only to get massively frustrated by their lack of functionality. So, in the end, I took some time to read the massive amount of documentation that Weglot provide (including videos) and bring myself up to speed and I have not been disappointed - this app is the only one on the market that has such capabilities (trust me, I tried them all). And then, when I am unable to proceed (due to my own limited skills) the support team are just outstanding - quick and so helpful, I really haven't had an experience like this. My store is now totally translated into EN, FR and NL perfectly - thanks, Weglot.
This is the best localization app we have found so far. We've been using it for nearly a year and are quite happy with the result. The support is superfast and helpful, which is I think the key element of the success. We will stick to weglot when we localize the next language for sure.
