Wixpa Google Ads ‑ GA4 ‑ GTM

I really like the way the Wixpa team works; they respond to all my questions very quickly, and their app tracks data very accurately. I recommend this app for conversion tracking. 5 stars for them.

I needed to set up multipixels. I found that Wixpa tags meet my requirements, and Haider helped me complete the setup. After testing on Google Meet, everything worked perfectly. Since this app meets all my needs, I highly recommend it and give it five stars.

We integrated GA4 using the Wixpa GTM app and initially, everything seemed to be working correctly. However, after a few days, we discovered that critical e-commerce events — such as purchases, add_to_cart, and begin_checkout — were either missing or being recorded inaccurately. This significantly disrupted both our GA4 data and Google Ads conversion tracking. As a result, within just one week, we experienced a noticeable and substantial decline in sales. Additionally, we found that other key events like remove_from_cart, add_payment_info, add_shipping_info, and view_cart were not firing at all. These are essential for accurate conversion tracking and campaign optimization. Unfortunately, based on our experience, this app caused serious damage to our data and sales performance. We cannot recommend it.
