Bold XERO Sync

Daniel was so helpful with resolving an issue for me. He responded very quickly also. I've found the app works really well and saves a lot of time.

This app works really well for me. And they are fast and responsive to solve the minor issues I might occasionally have.

As a general point, the Xero Sync Integration is absolutely essential to our business - I don’t know how we’d do the bookkeeping for a Shopify-based business without it. I am writing a review after the resolution of a recent problem; we had a longstanding issue where we had a gap in our data for 18 months that we hadn’t got round to solving due to Covid backlogs. When I finally got around to it sorting it, I couldn’t make the data exports work properly. I was very worried this meant months of extremely tedious labour to manually enter all the data into Xero. Thankfully Irfan came to the rescue. He worked diligently and very efficiently with the developers, and they were able to investigate and diagnose the problem, and offer a solution. All of the data is now in automatically exported into Xero, and completely up to date. I am incredibly grateful to Irfan and the developer he worked with - please keep doing what you're doing guys, it is really appreciated. Thank you for the review! This app has made a huge difference to my book keeping, as it sends all my Shopify invoices into Xero at the end of each day and itemises all the items sold, so really easy to keep track of sales types and best sellers etc. Love it.

Great app and saves plenty of time with tonnes of automation going on behind the scenes. Their support is also pretty responsive.

Payments download to Xero daily - straight forward to reconcile with info min of 100 charactors to kdkdk.

We've used the BOLD / Xero App for the last 3 years and never had any issues with it, it does exactly what we need and hasn't let us down once, so we would fully recommend it! we often have to export the data on the same day, (in order to send an invoice to a customer from Xero) although we have it set to export at the end of every day and we've never had any issues with this happening, everything does as it says on the tin, couldn't fault it.

Great app and does exactly what it promises! A little expensive but we need it to simplify processes.

Seems to work well, I had one problem but the customer service team (Brenden) fixed the issue super quickly so I'm happy with it all.

I've been using this for a few months now to pull all my orders on to Xero, there have been some errors occurring recently with pulling through the refunds. I contacted the team and David fixed the issue for me in a few hours. Great service and saves me so much work!!

Works as described. Quick easy integration with Xero. Has not played up since I installed it two months ago. All good so far!

At first I thought this was no good...kept deleting the app because I was worried. I think many of my issues were more operator error. Once I persevered and continued to test, the app works fine for me. The only thing I would suggest is make sure your item codes and skus are identical in Xero and Shopify if your tracking skus. Also, i wish there was a better way to allocate cash rather than manually allocating. Maybe there is, but I have not figured it out yet.

We experienced an issue with Xero's integration with Shopify. Paul of Bold Commerce Support was very patient and persistent in making sure we get to resolve the issue through and through. We are also very satisfied with the speed of response by customer support.

Support on this Free App has been very speedy and efficient. Normally an error in a Tax setting that I did, but they have spotted and advised correction speedily. Works well for me, Bank reconciliation is straightforward enough- just takes a few minutes to associate each days sales with the Bulk payments and the Fees in the Card fee account.

As someone with no previous accounting experience, I have found Xero to be perfect for my new small business needs. The system is very easy to use and the support has been fantastic. Links easily with my Shopify store and there are helpful tutorials if you get stuck.
