I have been using Judge.me for years and always receive the best support. The features are great and very easy to customise. Wouldn't use anyone else!
I love this app!! I only started using it a month ago and have already seen a significant rise in AOV. The support is super fast. I wanted to change the location of my add-ons widget, and they could log on a call with me and make the necessary coding changes within 12 hours. Highly recommend!

I have been using this app to highlight our recycled fabric products and love how easy it is to use whilst keeping our branding on point. I recently had an issue with the labels not showing correctly on the product page. I contacted support and Jena along with help from their developer, Tran Duc Nam, quickly found and rectified the issue with no fuss. Thank you!

I have been using this app for over a year now and have a very complex customisation process. This app allows me to offer a massive variety of options. The support is also excellent, with fast help. Don't think there's been something they can't workaround so far.

This is one of three customiser apps I tried for burntsoul.com. After a few days of trials, I found that this was by far the most user-friendly and flexible app I could find. Since downloading two months ago it has reduced our service time on customer queries whilst increased sales on our customised product considerably. The support is also second to none with help always given out of hours in the quickest response time. I would highly recommend this to anyone considering it... well worth the money!! UPDATED - Again super fast support. Thanks Aman!

Only just installed the app but was already impressed with the functionality and the speedy online live help - excited to see what else is in store.
This app is super easy to use!! I had a few questions about some custom code I needed to add and the support was so quick. Would highly recommend.
Can not recommend this app more. Makes building the pages I want so easy without any complicated coding. Being a small business and having to do a lot myself usually means a lot of wasted time trying to figure things out but I love the ease of this app and the support is super fast too. I tried a lot of other filter apps before this one and this is by far the best. I was recommended it by a developer and initially put off by the price. I decided to give it a go and haven't looked back. It's easy to use and the support is super quick!! It's also the best-looking filter on the user end by a million miles and looks great on phone and desktop. Would highly recommend!!
I've been using this for a few months now to pull all my orders on to Xero, there have been some errors occurring recently with pulling through the refunds. I contacted the team and David fixed the issue for me in a few hours. Great service and saves me so much work!!
