XO Gallery

great experience so far, the layout is simple and beautiful. live support is helpful and responsive as well!

To say this gallery is superb would be an understatement. To say the support team is excellent would be an even bigger one. We've been using the XO Gallery across a few projects now, and hands down, it’s the best gallery app I’ve found on Shopify. The functionality, ease of use, and overall experience are exceptional. The support team is just as impressive. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback. To the point where a suggested improvement can actually become a real feature. Mind blown. Highly recommended.

Exactly what I needed to showcase customers and UGC all over my online store and great customer support

Love the customer service and the knowledge of the tech's that helped me set up the XO Photo Gallery. This program is worth it to showcase your products or designs. Big thanks to the tech's help and fast response. I would give you 10 Stars if I could

Great support and good app! Can definitely recommend it!

I found XO Gallery after having used the C**y Gallery app for over 5 years and once that went down recently to, I don't know why, technical problems I think, but basically defunct I needed to find, very quickly, a replacement. XO Gallery was the perfect replacement, in fact it's absolutely brilliant, I love it It's saved my website and I recommend it to anybody who is looking for an efficient gallery running on new tech that is fast loading and has beautiful effects. The custom code aspect allows you to tailor your galleries to your own needs. Using AI has helped me to basically implement all those codes changes. In a nutshell, if you're looking for the perfect gallery, I would recommend XO Galleries. 5 stars for sure. Neo gives fantastic support, and even on a Sunday!

Application très utile, facile d'usage et service client au top ! À la fois très sympa et très efficace !

This app has so many endless possibilities, and the support is exceptional. Neo helped me rebuild my picture gallery and it looks amazing. He went above and beyond to create it exactly how I wanted it to look. I was on the basic plan but upgrading to the pro version is so much more worth it. My basic plan was so slow but with the pro, everything is seamless and very functional. Thank you for your amazing support!! I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to showcase their work through a functional and sleek gallery!! 10/10

After a truly horrible experience with my last gallery app, I wasn't holding out a lot of hope, but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Xotiny's app was easy to install and configure. I installed the app very late on a Sunday night. I had two minor issues/questions, and fully expected to have to wait 2 or 3 days for a response from support. I was blown away when it was 2 or 3 minutes. Neo was friendly, helpful, and patient. My only complaint is that I wasted so much time, money, and headaches on the last app when I could have had XO Gallery. Will definitely check out other apps from Xotiny!

Not only is the app very nice to use, but the tech support is fast and excellent. I found it easy to use, it looks great. There are lots of options. I've had other gallery apps, this is far superior and the chat/tech support made all the difference for me!

Brilliant app and fantastic customer service. Dealt with our request promptly and efficiently and created a customisation to help our needs.

Neo was quick to help and provided excellent service. 10/10 would recommend using XO Gallery.

Fantastic customer service - Thank you Neo!

Exactly What I Was Looking For – Amazing App + Incredible Support XO Gallery is exactly what I was looking for! It's incredibly easy to use, yet offers a wide range of layout and customization options to create beautiful image galleries that look great on any device. Setting it up took just minutes, and everything feels intuitive—even if you're not super tech-savvy. What really sets this app apart is the support. The team is fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. If there's ever a bug or issue, they don’t just respond quickly—they’ll log in and fix it immediately. That kind of hands-on support is rare and makes a huge difference. Highly recommend XO Gallery to anyone looking for a clean, flexible, and dependable gallery solution for their Shopify store!

We’ve been using XO Galleries for our awards and product photo displays, and it’s been great. Our theme isn’t super common, so there were a couple conflicts—Neo jumped in right away and got them fixed, even though it wasn’t really the app’s fault. Before this, we were stuck with a messy mix of slideshow tools that made us add images one by one with no bulk delete or easy edits. Now everything’s in one place with titles and descriptions, and we don’t have to redo it every time. The app does what we need, looks good on the site, and the support’s been quick and easy to work with. We’re looking at the Pro version now—partly because of how good the service has been, and partly with the holidays coming up and wanting more product slideshow options ready to go.

The online support was incredibly effective. The person on the other end was quick, friendly, and very helpful in resolving my questions and issues. Thank you very much.

Sensational service. The response time was immediate, and my problem was not only solved, but they helped me go even further to optimise the app for best performance. Special mention to Neo for his professionalism and support.

The person I corresponded with was very helpful and was able to easily assist me with everything that I needed. They quickly responded to all of my messages and ensured that they got the work done in a timely manner.

I'm overall very happy with this app. The layout is clean and easy to use — honestly the simplest and most intuitive gallery interface I’ve found on Shopify. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but everything I’ve tested works well so far. Support has been responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. A great solution for displaying image galleries cleanly and efficiently.

Great app, adds so much more functionality to the store! I had a bit of an issue, but Neo helped me solve the problem immediately - staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Great app

I am 100% Happy with the XO Gallery app. It is very easy to use. I did need help with the initial setup and the support is the best I have seen! I would definitely recommend.

very good app and very very good support ! I recommend warmly this app which make the difference on a website.

Great app, fantastic customer support and customization help.

TOP NOTCH support! Will help you immediately with any issues and runs smoothly!

App does exactly what i need, and with seriously excellent customer service / support which means everything. They provided a custom solution to a specific problem I had - really appreciated.

XO Gallery is a great all-in-one application with dedicated customer service that helped me customize the specific features of my website. Thank you !

Was quick to be on top of resolving my problem!

amazing app! Did exactly what i needed it to do and the customer support is 10 out of 10 which in my opinion makes or breaks an app! They were on hand to build me custom code for exactly what I needed. I would recommend

I have had a great experience with XO Gallery, I was struggling with something and within 5 minutes I received support. It was a complex problem so the support agent kindly requested access and wrote the code for me. Problem was sorted within 10 minutes

Great app to create custom galleries. Easily exportable to other stores too which is precisely why we switched to XO Gallery. The galleries ahve really nice styles to choose from. Highly recommended

I noticed a problem with my XO Gallery (our fault, not XO's) and Neo helped correct everything quickly and without hassle. Neo was patient with my questions, and I can't thank him enough. Highly recommend XO Gallery!

So helpful always on hand to do bespoke code to enhance the app for your store, cant recommend enough!

Incredibly responsive and helpful support, went above and beyond to help me with my enquiries. 10/10.

I downloaded the app for a free trail and I wasn't expecting too much. However I have to say it's extremely easy to use. I needed to contact their support team for some advice and Neo was not only very helpful, but very efficient, professional and friendly. The XO Gallery app is not only affordable, but functional. I would highly recommend it.

amazing and the support is wonderful, they helped me set up and fix some errors on my website

Very helpful support, and I like how the app offer different gallery styles.

I have to withdraw my bad review. I received the notification from Neo and sure enough, the emails ended up in the spam folder. Unfortunately, the chats were always deleted in the app and we didn't have a history, so I would certainly have known sooner that I had received a reply. All that aside, I have to stand my ground and apologize profusely for my unjustified review. I have also been refunded the payment. The app and the support is reliable and accordingly I can highly recommend it. If you get stuck with the app function, feel free to contact the support team, they are very willing to help and support you.

excellent experience, app, and service!

I encountered a problem with my XO gallery and the staff at Xotiny were more than helpful it helping me to fix the issue and their customer service was excellent!

I was looking to center my photo gallery on my page, and as soon as I contacted the help queue, I was given the solution to my problem. Excellent customer service and highly functional/customizable application.

Works perfect, support is amazing

Wonderfull, I was able to add a photo gallery in the bottom of a custom 3D media gallery I personnally developed. XO Gallery it like the Gallery 3.0 for Shopify :-) Support team very responsive, They help me to integrate it using custom code.

What an amazing app!! So versatile and aesthetically interesting. Also they are really easy to talk to and very helpful for any easy question as well as more complex customization. I recommend this app greatly!

Good app, does the job

Great customer service! Had trouble figuring out how to make my gallery respond the way I wanted. Went to the XO Gallery chat and someone come on, gave them limited access and they made it work. Thank you XO!

Wonderful! I tried 4 different gallery apps and ran into nothing but problems, but XO Gallery has been great. I even needed a custom template done for my gallery, and their support team responded immediately and took care of it in minutes. Highly recommend.

A really great app with a very wide range of functions! The service provided by the team, in my case Neo, is outstanding. Absolutely recommendable!

We recently integrated XO Gallery into our webshop and have been thoroughly impressed with its performance. The layout is visually stunning, providing an elegant and sophisticated interface that enhances the overall aesthetic of our site. Its user-friendly design ensures seamless navigation, making it a breeze for both our team and customers to use. One of the standout features of XO Gallery is its versatility in composition and customization options. This flexibility allows us to tailor the gallery to fit the unique needs of our products and brand, showcasing our items in the best possible light. Whether it's adjusting sizes, layouts, or styles, XO Gallery offers a wealth of options to create the perfect display.

Neo is very helpful and customised a few things for us. Very quick response and always eager to assist with anything we needed! The app is very user friendly and easy to navigate - and looks great in all devices! Definitely recommend!

Brilliant app, well priced, the filters work perfectly and the support is the best I have come across. They are so quick to reply and help. I highly recommend this app for your gallery.

The customer service for this app is incredible and exceeds most other apps that I have used. Cannot recommend enough! Shoutout to Neo for all their help!

I haven't even ended my trial yet and I'm leaving a 5-star review because the support is just absolutely amazing. I don't frequently leave reviews but this app truly deserves it. I decided to try out this app over the other gallery apps available because of the glowing reviews and all I can say is download this app now and you won't regret it. The interface is super easy to use, support is very responsive, and the pricing is extremely competitive for what you get. I don't know how to emphasize further how happy this app has made me. Thank you, Neo!

Convenient app for adding social proof to my listings. This was exactly what I was looking for. Developer was very helpful and responsive, helped me fix all my issues quickly. Definitely recommended.

The app works as advertised, and the team offered excellent and prompt support. Very happy overall with the app.

This is great app that allows us to create beautiful lookbooks where the images integrate into products. Just starting to implement is more widely, but the poc i did looks great.

Great app, beautiful layouts, easy to use and the customer service is excellent! Would highly recommend.

Lots of functionality, even in the free version. Fast and responsive tech support when I had a question. My galleries looked terrific on my site, and integrated seamlessly with my theme.

We use this app to build up about 90% of our Shop pages and had a problem when it came to the translated website. Just hours after contacting the support everything got fixed. Neo was extremely helpful and quick- we are very happy with this app!

Amazing app. Advanced, yet extremely easy to navigate once you've taken a deep dive into all settings/features. Customer care is also blazing fast in terms of response time and solutions.

Nice app, easy to add and arrange galleries. What I really like is the support, we wanted to duplicate several galleries to another store and with the live chat Neo got this fixed for us in minutes. Highly recommend.

Great app for creating galleries and tagging images with your products. Amazing customer service. Thank you

Outstanding and fast support. Works perfectly on all devices. Satisfied costumer over here! Adjustments done by NEO in less then a few hours. Great work guys!

I have only been using this for a week, but so far so good! I created a fun gallery on my homepage and needed some support sizing it- they replied immediately with the code and its perfect now :)

Great app - better functionality than my old app and the support is unbelieveable...very quick and very helpful ! Fully recommend 5*

five stars, this app totally meet my requirement, strong recommend for you to install it. and the support is super patience

App works well, we especially like the sort feature and the SEO tools. Had a theme (Impact) conflict issue with the images not lining up properly. Used the chat help and it was resolved very quickly.

Great app. Nice looking gallery with good numbers of customisations. The support team is very helpful and reply quick with great support.

Great app. Lots of configuration options and it looks awesome. Outstanding support as well. Fast and helpful. Best app if you need a gallery on your site.

This gallery plugin is fantastic. It has so much customisation while being straightforward to understand. The free tier is very generous and the paid tier is so affordable, far cheaper than most on Shopify and from what I can see makes no compromises for the low price. I required support for an issue I was having today and I received a very helpful response within a few hours. Highly recommend!

Extremely easy to implement, we've had a couple of queries on customization which was cleared up by their team and their response time is unbelievably fast too!

The team was very responsive in developing a wide screen template option to match our website. So far this solution has been working well for us.

So far so good. Just added the app and I'm happy with the results. Customer Service was outstanding - fast and complete.

I think this is a great app, if you are very creative and able to designa look... I am not and so I was going to have to hire a Website Design company to design my layout and set it up for me. I decided not to do so at this time.

Just installed the app and I love it. Very easy to use and the outcome is great. I can see why it has so many positive reviews.

We were looking for some kind of customizable fancy photo gallery that we can use on our Shopify blog + pages and stumbled across XO gallery. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! In general, it seems Shopify blog customizations seem to have very little support and I'm happy to say XO Gallery is one of the coolest apps to offer some blog customization! We made use of the 'embed code' option for blog (and page) use and found that can be handy anywhere in your shopify store actually. One of the biggest perks I love about XO Gallery is it having its own photo file management system and does not utilize Shopify's excruciating image management system, and, its SO freekin FAST! It has many gallery features and layouts to tweak for your webstore and again, its so fast when making changes and reloading! While I'm still using XO in trial mode, I am having problems with the app's interface/control panel loading up. Its just blank for some reason (possibly a google chrome issue?). That's my only real gripe with the app right now. Highly recommended app!! Just get that intermittent interface issue fixed and I'll change my rating to 5 stars! [update] Thank you! it was my adblock chrome plugin preventing the dashboard from loading! I forgot to mention the support is just as fast as the app! Adjusted to 5 star review =)

Ottima esperienza con questa app, il supporto è sempre attivo e risolve in breve tempo qualsiasi esigenza. La raccomando a tutti.

XO Gallery is beautiful. My needs are for a gallery to display a portfolio within a product page in a specific size (large and horizontal) without much else that still looks beautiful. The grayscale to color effect is SO cool as a bonus. Neo, the developer is beyond helpful. Highly recommend.

SUPER EASY and EXCEPTIONAL Support. I had the gallery up in just a few minutes and support helped within 10 minutes when I had a request. Awesome!

We were looking for a gallery that had a lot of settings and support for a large number of albums and galleries. We were changing the visuals of the entire e-shop and after deploying the XO gallery application, we ran into a few problems, but the application developer quickly advised and helped us.

Easy to use. Works great! Quick to respond and help with any issues as well. Great customer service.

Sehr vielseitig, mit einem guten Support, der uns sofort mit einem Code-Snippet weiterhelfen konnte, um die Galerie noch besser an unseren Shop anzupassen.

This application works great and they have very helpful customer service! I would recommend this gallery app to anyone

XO Gallery does exactly what we were hoping to find - an app that creates beautiful galleries to showcase our artwork that's also easy to use. We recently requested a minor customization and their team knocked it out almost immediately. Couldn't be more pleased!

App is working as it should and support is fast and helpfull. App is working as it should and support is fast and helpfull.

Great product and great customer service, highly recommend them to other shop owners who are looking to integrate a gallery in their website

Super helpful support, very flexible app settings, exactly what I was looking for. I wanted the type of UI/UX and customization options like LightGallery and others offer for the web that I had used before without the hassle of building/managing custom liquid+js+css+html+assets. After a quick tour and the first gallery working pretty quickly, I found that planning things out really helped because there are endless options/configs available and in-app CSS overrides to boot. The developer jumped online with me to solve a small issue same day which was painless and I appreciated that considering I was on a free trial. I tried a number of other apps, nothing came close - XO Gallery for the win!

I spent so much time looking for some kind of gallery that I could use with minimal coding knowledge . So, I would say - this app is the best!!! It has with a lot of flexibility and perfectly made tutorials. Thanks!! I also had the opportunity to enjoy excellent customer service. So if anyone else thinks - this is really the best!!!

great product and super responsive customer service - helped me tweek it to match my site design. thank you Neo!
