Lui is amazing! He went above and beyond even helping with other items on Shopify. The service is top notch and the wait time is minimal. I cannot find a single application that has stellar customer service like this! Every time I log on, I get help. Thank you so much!! A customer for life!

Ann, thank you from the bottom of my heart for your amazing review of Rates by Distance. I really appreciate your kindness and trust. I am delighted to know the app is helping you and I am always happy to assist you with anything you need. Lui
I highly recommend this company because their customer service is stellar. Of course the app is amazing and all that jazz but customer service is crucial and they know how it's done! Anytime I had any questions I can reach them via chat which is reassuring. My system wasn't working properly and Lui immediately fixed the error. He was quick and efficient:) It's one thing to have an app that works and another thing to have exceptional customer service and support!! Thank you again Lui , you are exceptional~10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Ann, thank you so much for your beautiful 5-star review. It truly means a lot. I am so glad I could support you with Pickup + Delivery and help make things run more smoothly for your store. If you ever need anything at all, I am always here for you. Lui
This app has so many endless possibilities, and the support is exceptional. Neo helped me rebuild my picture gallery and it looks amazing. He went above and beyond to create it exactly how I wanted it to look. I was on the basic plan but upgrading to the pro version is so much more worth it. My basic plan was so slow but with the pro, everything is seamless and very functional. Thank you for your amazing support!! I highly recommend this app to anyone wanting to showcase their work through a functional and sleek gallery!! 10/10
This app is amazing and so easy to use. Support was also prompt and very quick. I was struggling with something so I contacted support and in a matter of a day, everything was resolves. Helen was great to work with! She quickly did the fix herself after requesting permission and my site is up and running smoothly with the options we added to our site. I love this app and the service is phenomenal! 10/10
