To say this gallery is superb would be an understatement. To say the support team is excellent would be an even bigger one. We've been using the XO Gallery across a few projects now, and hands down, it’s the best gallery app I’ve found on Shopify. The functionality, ease of use, and overall experience are exceptional. The support team is just as impressive. They’re responsive, helpful, and genuinely open to feedback. To the point where a suggested improvement can actually become a real feature. Mind blown. I found XO Gallery after having used the C**y Gallery app for over 5 years and once that went down recently to, I don't know why, technical problems I think, but basically defunct I needed to find, very quickly, a replacement. XO Gallery was the perfect replacement, in fact it's absolutely brilliant, I love it It's saved my website and I recommend it to anybody who is looking for an efficient gallery running on new tech that is fast loading and has beautiful effects. The custom code aspect allows you to tailor your galleries to your own needs. Using AI has helped me to basically implement all those codes changes. In a nutshell, if you're looking for the perfect gallery, I would recommend XO Galleries. 5 stars for sure. Neo gives fantastic support, and even on a Sunday!

After a truly horrible experience with my last gallery app, I wasn't holding out a lot of hope, but I was pleasantly surprised!!! Xotiny's app was easy to install and configure. I installed the app very late on a Sunday night. I had two minor issues/questions, and fully expected to have to wait 2 or 3 days for a response from support. I was blown away when it was 2 or 3 minutes. Neo was friendly, helpful, and patient. My only complaint is that I wasted so much time, money, and headaches on the last app when I could have had XO Gallery. Will definitely check out other apps from Xotiny!

Not only is the app very nice to use, but the tech support is fast and excellent. I found it easy to use, it looks great. There are lots of options. I've had other gallery apps, this is far superior and the chat/tech support made all the difference for me!

We’ve been using XO Galleries for our awards and product photo displays, and it’s been great. Our theme isn’t super common, so there were a couple conflicts—Neo jumped in right away and got them fixed, even though it wasn’t really the app’s fault. Before this, we were stuck with a messy mix of slideshow tools that made us add images one by one with no bulk delete or easy edits. Now everything’s in one place with titles and descriptions, and we don’t have to redo it every time. The app does what we need, looks good on the site, and the support’s been quick and easy to work with. We’re looking at the Pro version now—partly because of how good the service has been, and partly with the holidays coming up and wanting more product slideshow options ready to go.

Tried reaching out to support. Says they would respond within 25 minutes yet I followed up and 6 hours late nothing. The links within the app said to read support document that doesn't actually exist.

I'm overall very happy with this app. The layout is clean and easy to use — honestly the simplest and most intuitive gallery interface I’ve found on Shopify. I haven’t explored all the features yet, but everything I’ve tested works well so far. Support has been responsive and helpful when I needed assistance. I have to withdraw my bad review. I received the notification from Neo and sure enough, the emails ended up in the spam folder. Unfortunately, the chats were always deleted in the app and we didn't have a history, so I would certainly have known sooner that I had received a reply. All that aside, I have to stand my ground and apologize profusely for my unjustified review. I have also been refunded the payment. The app and the support is reliable and accordingly I can highly recommend it. If you get stuck with the app function, feel free to contact the support team, they are very willing to help and support you.

Wonderfull, I was able to add a photo gallery in the bottom of a custom 3D media gallery I personnally developed. XO Gallery it like the Gallery 3.0 for Shopify :-) Support team very responsive, They help me to integrate it using custom code.

XO Gallery allows you to have professional looking photo galleries relatively easily. I gave it 4 stars because while Neo was incredibly helpful and timely, I would have loved it to be already in the app without needing to rely on his coding. But glad to have this app now and we will continue using!

Lots of functionality, even in the free version. Fast and responsive tech support when I had a question. My galleries looked terrific on my site, and integrated seamlessly with my theme.

We use this app to build up about 90% of our Shop pages and had a problem when it came to the translated website. Just hours after contacting the support everything got fixed. Neo was extremely helpful and quick- we are very happy with this app!

This gallery plugin is fantastic. It has so much customisation while being straightforward to understand. The free tier is very generous and the paid tier is so affordable, far cheaper than most on Shopify and from what I can see makes no compromises for the low price. I required support for an issue I was having today and I received a very helpful response within a few hours. Highly recommend!

We were looking for some kind of customizable fancy photo gallery that we can use on our Shopify blog + pages and stumbled across XO gallery. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised! In general, it seems Shopify blog customizations seem to have very little support and I'm happy to say XO Gallery is one of the coolest apps to offer some blog customization! We made use of the 'embed code' option for blog (and page) use and found that can be handy anywhere in your shopify store actually. One of the biggest perks I love about XO Gallery is it having its own photo file management system and does not utilize Shopify's excruciating image management system, and, its SO freekin FAST! It has many gallery features and layouts to tweak for your webstore and again, its so fast when making changes and reloading! While I'm still using XO in trial mode, I am having problems with the app's interface/control panel loading up. Its just blank for some reason (possibly a google chrome issue?). That's my only real gripe with the app right now. Highly recommended app!! Just get that intermittent interface issue fixed and I'll change my rating to 5 stars! [update] Thank you! it was my adblock chrome plugin preventing the dashboard from loading! I forgot to mention the support is just as fast as the app! Adjusted to 5 star review =)

XO Gallery is beautiful. My needs are for a gallery to display a portfolio within a product page in a specific size (large and horizontal) without much else that still looks beautiful. The grayscale to color effect is SO cool as a bonus. Neo, the developer is beyond helpful. Highly recommend.
