Ready to Ship is the most important app we use outside of Shopify. Great design, quick to setup and get the hang of and their live Australian support is excellent. The app saves us hours of time each day.
We have tried a lot of upsell apps. Issues with other apps is they force you to use their payment providers or not offer paypal/afterpay etc AND they often don't edit the order but create an additional order which you have to combine later. Not this app. Solves all these issues Perfectly. Thanks Gil!
Gorgias is an amazing customer service app, it puts everything at your fingers and saves so much time. The amount of time we'd spend looking up orders when a customer emailed in was crazy. With thier template system most of our tickets can be responded to in under 10 seconds, and the customers love it!! If you are considering Gorgias to replace your current help desk, do it. Shout out to Nikola for great support too!
