Zero support. Left me on read for hours even after I sent follow ups. Basic customer service does not exist.

UPEZ support is fantastic. They've always helped me whenever I've reached out to their support for assistance and go above and beyond to make sure I am assisted. I highly recommend this app to anyone who wants a quality cart upsell app and great, trustworthy customer service.

Reached out to them several times regarding how the app was not working properly and they never got back to me. Bummer, but I'm sure there are other apps out there with better service and that work without issue!

Hello, we responded to your inquiry within 2 hours. The issue you were experiencing was due to a setting on your product page in the shopify admin. Not something from the app. We also have the solution for this issue in our faq page as well.
The staff has been very helpful and kind in helping me set up the campaign. Haven't sent out the campaign yet, so cannot report on that yet, but I feel confident that their staff will provide me with the support I need to create a successful campaign and to resolve any issues that come up. Overall a pretty easy app to use. Although the beginning was rough and the app needed to be updated to suit the needs of my product variants, support was very helpful and did everything I asked them to do and were fairly prompt. If there's one feedback I could give it'd be to make the widget look more attractive on the site, like text/buttons that highlight more how much the customer is saving and showing comparison prices to encourage customers to subscribe. Otherwise, a great app and you get just what you need to get started with even just the free plan. 8/24/21 Update: I've changed my review from a 4 star to 5 star review now because of their outstanding customer service. They always reply immediately and have been very willing to make the changes I've requested as far as features that weren't previously available on their app! Highly recommend.

Wish the vip tier was available for the lower plans, but other than that it's a relatively simply and easy to use app. Good support assistance as well for the most part
Been trying all day to speak with support about how I've been having an issue with the Google Shopping App in our Shopify store. No matter how much I shorten the product description, the warning always appears stating that the description is too long. Nobody seems to know what to do and I keep getting sent back and forth to different support people as Shopify and Google support point the finger at each other and shrugging off the problem as "not theirs"
