We started getting some decent activity from various ai engines and found this app with amazing reviews and figured we would give it a try. The support team was super fast and getting me all set up and running in minutes. Now we wait to see the results, while they said it’s gonna take some time to build which we understand. We think it’s gonna have a jumpstart considering the activity we’re already getting from the AI engines. So we are hoping this app will turbo charge that.

1 Week Update: These guys are absolute ROCKSTARS. I make a suggestion and its implemented a few days later. What more could you want. So now ya'll can bulk edit theme templets at collection and product level in bulk, BOOOOOYAAAAA!!! Forget Ablestar and all the other bulk editors out there, EditEngine is the BOMB bulk editor in our opinion and we been through many with over 600k products in our store. I just changed 26k product templets in about 10 minutes. Actually the app took 10 minutes to complete and it took me 30 seconds to setup. Their support staff is awesome, I was looking to bulk edit a specific field that wasn't available at the time but they said they would make it happen and email me when done. I was expecting a few days, maybe a week, but NO.... WITHIN 24 hours, on a weekend mind you, the new feature I wanted was built, QA'd and they then contacted me to let me know it was done and to give it a try. We highly suggest you use this editor over any other out there.

Simple, clean and controllable. I needed a quick solution as my sticky header wasn't working with a new mega menu and this was a quick save my a$$ fix.

9.16 Update: I WENT PREMIUM... Had some good sales by poppin' in on people and chatting them up and then learning I can see what people are typing before they hit send will allow for pre-emptive statements to the questions I know they are about to ask. If on the fence, just do it. So I was looking for a semi-ai based chat app but the costs and to train it in what we sell would be very difficult and time consuming. These are high end car parts so the questions are VERY technical. I was also looking to unify our chat apps across the board and this app looked good after I tried and deleted a few others where the setup was a pain in the a$$ I was like forget this... Aside from a small token issue (completing incognito fixed it) that the support team handled in 5 minutes after I hit them up we were good to go. The LIVE VIEW is awesome!. After having the app on for 5 minutes, i had someone at the product level, I chatted them up directly by saying the "parts you are looking at are ready to ship today!" and 5 minutes later, ORDER. I have a feeling I will go premium for the additional shopify integrations I am looking for. Don't wait, install this on your site today!

Full Disclosure: We migrated from Route to ShipTection and quickly discovered the Route rev share math wasn't "mathing" in our favor at all, but more importantly, NOT IN THE CUSTOMERS FAVOR. We ran A/B cost analysis and Route was charging our client's 2x what Shiptection would be. I (boss) made a decision to changeover just for our customers benefit but there were several other small issues we had with route that added up, like never being able to see where we were at on our rev share. Seeing what's going on inside shopify DB is way smoother, getting paid out immediately on our end on each order is awesome. Our plan is to take the rev share funds and move them into our Shipstation balance so some of our shipping costs are covered by Shiptection, we think that's pretty neat concept.

We love these guys, do they ever sleep because anytime i need them to tweak something especially on new foundations/themes/engines, they are "johnny on the spot" and apps that get supported like that, we keep and usually end up premium especially when they drive revenue and FOMO on our best sellers. A+ app for visitor counter 100%

When AdNabu releases something new, I always try it... Of course support was right there to assist in completing install, no waiting. They make us so much money on their google feed app they are gold to us!

We aren’t high volume orders but high order value and use SS mostly for international as majority of our US business is from mfg to consumer. Suppprt always there when I need them.

Team Nexus has gone above and beyond in dealing with my store and me being super picky about how their stuff works for me. They have been super super accommodating and making all "app wishes" work.

I use this app for multiple sites and the support team has always been there whenever needing help and that usually on CSS placement, no big deal done in 3 minutes. Deff use this app.

I jumped on this for my store and while there were some issues with one piece of it (didnt affect total functionality) Alfred and his team worked very efficiently through the issue in a very short period of time and kept us in the loop the entire way. I would suggest giving this app a go as it’s running full speed on my store and I love using animated gifs on the desktop version display.

Easy to setup and use. The support team has been great helping customize the look touch feel of the buttons and have done a great job. Once my freemium level maxes out, I will pay for this app and use the other features i want to try out like back in stock notifications.

Really easy to use. going awesome plan for google reviews feed. Solid automation and lok forward to trying out the premium features. Update 1/9/24: I have been paying for the premium service for a few months now and its totally worth it. I dont have time to go through all the awesomeness, if you have a real store with real volume or are high end, JUST DO IT!

fiperformance.com has over 150k products and most were throttled or killed by google for missing shipping and GTIN #'s which were all there but the google app sucks because it doesn't put the data in the right places. I don't have the time to mess with the feed with supplements and attribute control so I tried out this app and I wished I had found it sooner. Very straight forward and the Nabu team was given access to my GMC and shopify and did their thing flawlessly. I have a lot less work on my plate and now need to fix things like missing images, overlays, policy violations because google thinks some car parts are weapons. I also did screenshare with Sampy and she went over all the features of the app and made sure it was performing as it should. The cost of the app for my low volume / high average order (over $1000) store is totally worth it and if it generates 1 sales a month it pays for itself and a lot more. This app is awesome! I tried some others and they were overly complicated for my skill level. Easy setup and awesome support within minutes during business hours, what more could you want? Judy was fantastic in making some changes for me and would suggest this app to anyone looking for an easy variant setup where you dont need to "code" anything. BRAVO!

My store is high average order low volume so I am using the free version. For something that is making me money that doesnt cost me anything is 5 stars in my book. Setup was pretty simple once you get the hang of it.

OMG this app is absolutely awesome! fiperformance.com is a car parts site and I have 160,000+ images. I had a lot of questions since I got burned by another app and their support team was on the spot answering all my dumb don't want to get burned again questions... I ran their unlimited and it was worth every penny of the $80 i spent, period. Now I can maually select the new pics to have done and can run their base plan and be good to go. Well worth the expense!
