This is our third package protection app that we have tried and so far we are loving the experience! White glove implementation, prompt customer service, works perfectly with our subscription app... no issues for us or our customers. We highly recommend SavedBy!

Manny from Back in Stock is super helpful for answering questions and making sure things are running smoothly. 5 stars for Manny! 4 stars for the app- occasionally notifications do not fire automatically which prompts contacting customer service.

Alan and Jeff at Stockist are super helpful and responsive. I reached out about an issue with my Store Locator and got a reply from them in less than 10 minutes. Alan went above and beyond to fix the issue and make sure I was satisfied with how everything was set up before he signed off. We have used the Stockist app for years and have been pleased with the functionality, plus it's easy to use so any team member can edit it. It's clear Alan and Jeff care deeply about their app performance and customer experience. Thank you both!!

Support is great and the site is easy to use. They also helped me improve my store's performance free of charge which is amazing and a gesture that went above and beyond! Thank you Thomas! It would be nice to be able to archive pages not in use so they don't count towards the three pages.

The app so far has been very simple to set up and easy to use- almost a little too easy, I wasn't sure it would actually work! Glad to find an app that actually does what it says it will do. Works well for our needs.

We use Shipstation for our order fulfillment and have had a great experience so far. There are hardly any issues with the app and order creation/lookup/actual shipment. The integration with Shopify is seamless. It would be great to edit an order's items after the order syncs from Shopify to Shipstation. It would also be great to have the default view on the Orders page expanded to 1000, not 500.

We are so happy to have found Gorgias! The user interface is easy to use and we have saved so much time responding to customer service inquiries using this app rather than just the GMail we had been using. The support is friendly and quick to respond, and we have experienced no issues with the software since we started using it. There are a couple things we would love to see as this platform grows- supported mass email/bcc functionality, ability to create discount codes instead of logging into Shopify, and a more robust search function so we can easily filter our customers. Great overall and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a robust Shopify integration!
