Great communication, and issues were dealt with promptly.
I’ve had a great experience so far. The technical support response time has been very fast.
Great customer support. I had a question with the widget, and they could answer it within a few hours. Highly recommended. addendum: Had a small issue, but it was resolved quickly. Plus, they added more monthly orders to my plan, albeit for one month, to clear the backlog. The plan is pricey, though.
I recommend Klaviyo, with its numerous features.

Shopwaive is one of the best app experiences we've had. Sara and the support and dev team are very pleasant to work with, and are very quick with turnaround on suggestions and fixes! Overall I'm very impressed by the level of detail and attention in their responses to questions for our use case, indicating that they're clearly invested in making their product better in the long run.

I have started using this app and find it very powerful in allowing me to create granular reports. They have pre-built filters that you can start with. If you require more custom fields, they are able to help you with it. Support is excellent so give them a try.
Good technical support team and very responsive. Many powerful features within the app which I have not fully utilized yet. Give them a try.
