The claims process is straightforward and easy to navigate, which helps create a better overall customer experience. From an operational standpoint, the Guide team has also been extremely responsive. Any backend or coding-related issues we’ve encountered have been addressed quickly and efficiently. Overall, Guide has been easy to work with, responsive when we need support, and a valuable addition to our Shopify store. We’ve been very happy with both the service and the partnership.
Amazing support & Quick Solution
Really great app! Cleans up our product pages well. The support was also very fast and took care of a small issue in 10 minutes! Most Shopify apps seem to have 0 support or take forever to get back to you. Definitely recommend for functionality and customer support!
Klaviyo is one of the best omnichannel marketing platforms I’ve used. It integrates seamlessly with Shopify and countless other platforms. It's simple yet powerful with endless ways to engage customers while following (and also training on) built-in industry best practices. The onboarding experience was excellent. Highly recommended.

Very prompt and friendly customer support. Simple to understand even for me without any coding and programming background. Service our needs very well.
The best search bar app in the app store. Period. Having an advanced search like this will better assist your customers like it has for us. It's something a lot of stores lack, but it is so important. The live chat support is insanely fast and helpful as well. Highly recommend this app!!
Really great, clean, professional app! The support is super fast as well. I'd definitely recommend this over other badge apps. I've tried a few & they're always glitchy and unsightly.

So far, the app seems great. The Thank You page customizer is exactly like it should be in the Shopify customize section. The features are GREAT and even the small details are executed very well. A lot of apps always seem to be missing something, but this is sophisticated and so far, I'm very excited about its capabilities.
