Chloe was very helpful and I am very happy with her help. I was very nervous to try to cancel and issue the refund for the first time, but she walked me through all the instructions with kindness and help me feel comfortable using this system for the first time. Her customer Service was supper! I was very nervous not to get the issue resolved but she helped me solved the issue and now all is fine. Thank you Chloe! Your my Super STAR :).
