Great customer service. All questions answered and lots of help in implementing solutions that were effective and targeted to my business. Updating to say that everyone on this time is incredibly helpful and thorough. I was assisted today (12/20/24) by Janani over Zoom and received direct easy to answer guidance to resolve my issues.
The team at Loop, specifically Piyush and Abel Lesle were incredibly helpful in getting us set-up with Loop Subscriptions. Set-up was straightforward and we were able to get started within a few hours.

We started using Emotive to communicate directly to our customers, exactly where they are (on their phones). The price is higher than others, however great service & support and a very helpful onboarding process. Additionally their creative team assists in coming up with copy, when we're stuck or slow. Great value!
So far so good with this app. Any minor issues that I've had in getting up and running have been addressed quickly by the support team. Many thanks to Camila for all her help.
