BIK is a good platform for marketing campaigns, CRM automation, and customer Support. The automation capabilities have helped us streamline our retention efforts, and the support team has been responsive and helpful whenever needed. There is still room for improvement in areas such as reporting, analytics, and the turnaround time for feature requests and enhancements. Overall, it is a strong platform with great potential, and we look forward to seeing continued improvements in the future.
I would like to share my positive experience with Shiprocket so far. The platform has been smooth, reliable, and extremely user-friendly, making order management and shipping processes seamless. What truly stands out is the excellent support. Siddharth, our point of contact, has been consistently responsive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve any queries, which has made a significant difference. Overall, Shiprocket has proven to be a great shipping partner with strong customer support. I would highly recommend the platform.
The app is great and the help & support is even greater, it's a must have app for any brand doing business in India

LAI product reviews has been so easy to install and use. They set it up the layout for me so quickly like a flash and the campaigns just run themselves. All I have to do is go in and approve and reply to the reviews. I was really blown away by the amount of help and knowledge I've experienced working with them. Jillian, in particular, has gone above and beyond her role, this was very refreshing. all-around great work by the team.

The product is amazing no doubt but little touchups are left. Kudos to the Cevoid team, keep the pace going.
The support and the app is awesome I constantly struggled to make it more customisable and flawless for my store front and they helped me every time like a hero.
Very useful product. Although they don't have analytics but i am sure i have saved a lot specially when i have lot of COD orders
