Tracking works fine, but the app is missing a pretty basic feature. It doesn't transmit the delivery status to Shopify, which makes no sense since the app already has that info. I reached out to support, and they said, "it's not part of our app's scope" and refused to implement it. That's disappointing since this is a standard feature for any tracking app. Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Joyce and her team helped me with my tracking page to customize it how I needed to. I have multiple suppliers shipping out items for a single order at different times, and customers were constantly asking me where certain parts of their order were, because some items arrive before others, and my previous tracking page only showed one tracking link. This is the only tracking app that I know of that can handle showing ALL of the different tracking links and transit details on one page. Thank you Omega team!

DO NOT USE THIS APP. If you want your customers to file chargebacks because they can't properly track their order, then sure use this garbage tracking app. Let me tell you everything that's wrong with this. The price was appealing, but now I see you get what you pay for. The customer support is RETARDED. Like actually, you can provide them pics of the syncing issues, even explain properly step by step your issues, then they are asking you the same questions like bots. They are also VERY lazy and mentally slow. They just do not understand basic stuff, they don't have common sense and something is clinically wrong with their brains. So many syncing issues and customers cannot track properly. It's a nightmare and I am going back to my other tracking app while i look for another one in the meantime. I rarely write reviews, but this app affected my money by customers filing chargebacks due to not being able to track due to errors on this trash app's end. GARBAGE!

Unfortunately the app does not integrate with Australia Post, so the tracking does not update to show delivery information etc (not sure if this is a temporary or permanent issue, but seeing as 100% of my deliveries are to Australia it doesn't make sense for me to use the app). Also some other issues (e.g. "unsupported carrier" message). Support were fairly helpful, but too many issues for me to persevere.

Its a very good, well balanced app for Order Tracking. Most important thing is their Support. I was confused and I was getting some error but Stella helped me a lot to resolve them as quickly as possible. Very good support. Probably one of the best support I have seen on Shopify. Thanks
