Okas Live Search & Filter

Great app and superb customer support - super responsive and helpful. No other search app gives you so much bang for buck.

WOW! Works amazingly well. Brilliant value for money. I have a 500,000 product site and works flawlessly. Keep up the great work!

I needed a bit of assistance following a Theme change, reached out to developer who solved the issue within hours. Great support, thank you again. Sometimes providing an App is great but the support is lacking, DEFINITELY NOT IN THIS CASE - Great Support.

Great app! The out of the box interface and customizable options could be improved, however, I contacted the team with the changes I required and they were very helpful in customizing the app to my site's needs. Great customer service.

We have been using this app for over a year now, great app, we reached out yo them how to hide pages and collections and they responded quickly and came up with solutions that worked, we are very appreciative and are happy to share our experience so others can enjoy.

Ik ben blij met de app. Er waren functionaliteiten die mijn Theme niet bood en waar deze app wel in voorziet. Daarnaast is de support van Graham uitstekend. Snelle reactie en goede aanpassingen.

Very happy to recommend this app and the team behind it. Graham was quick to help on anything required in order to get this working well with my site. This app makes the sterile default search function a thing of the past and allows customers to easily find what they are after. The clincher was the excellent price point. It's a no brainer!

I have found this search bar to be the best option in Shopify apps. It works extremly well. The support and service is amazing. Graham responds immediately to any questions or help. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing App. This app allowed me to add filters to a collection with 28000 products. Graham could very well be a genius!

Awesome app. Graham was helpful getting customizations made for our store. The search and filter app we were using doesn't find variant SKU numbers and this app fixed that issue perfectly.

Fantastic customer service System needed a few tweaks to get it up and running on my site which was achieved within a few hours. Thanks ***** Stars

Instant predictive text, instant results, color customizable, results cover your entire site, great support, etc. Graham was super responsive to customizing our new theme with the app, leaving behind any doubt that there was no reason not to keep the app. I've had it for several years now. Update from a few days after the first review: Due to an update in my theme, my apps had to be redone. Graham came to my rescue again fixing bugs with the search app happily, quickly, and effectively. I really put a lot of value in trust and quick, professional service. The fact Graham grasps the philosophy of our website, that Okas' app compliments our site nicely and leads customers to more discoveries than our navigation can provide, all of this is proof of their caring for a website as though it was their own. They have done this, more than once. Thank you! I think everyone would find Okas' app as the best search engine for their website.

AMAZING! Okas went above and beyond to say the least. Helped me so much with my store. Exceptional service that went way above my expectations. And that's not even considering this unbelievable price. Stop looking, this is the search app for you!

Look no further - this is the BEST SEARCH APP for Shopify stores! We love the Live Search & Smart Filter search app and the developer was SUPER RESPONSIVE, easy to communicate with, and professional when we had inquiries and needed help with customizing the app to our specific needs. We really like this app and highly recommend it!

INSTALL THIS APP NOW! I can't say this strongly enough; if you are looking for a search and collection filter system this is the one you want! The app is solid, the customer service is fantastic, responsive, and they made multiple back end configuration customizations for me in record time, and I'm shocked at how inexpensive it is. 90% of the options out there are up to $300 a month because of the size of our inventory and I was searching off and on for months, and this just blows them out of the water. The ONLY thing I would say if asked to give a drawback is it takes a few more seconds for some heavy product pages to load, but we have over 20,000 items and dozens of tag groups with hundreds of tags, so that's totally understandable. Your typical shopify store should notice no major difference in load time. If our store can handle it with only a few extra seconds of delay, it will work perfectly for just about everyone else. I would gladly pay a little more for this app from an awesome developer!

Awesome app and has even better customer support. Contact them day or night and they will have any issue fixed within a few hours

I can honestly say I have never ever received support feedback so quickly Responsive and on the money... Keep up the excellent work Graham

We´ve been using liveSearch for a couple of months now and are very satisfied with its interface, performance and the support-team. definitely recommended.

I can't say enough good things about this app and the support. Every time an issue came up unique to our store, the customer support was responsive and solved the problem, even if it was a tricky one that needed a personalized solution. I worked with Graham and he was polite and fixed every issue I brought to him and now the search is working exactly like we needed. I highly recommend this app!

We've been using this app for about 3 years with excellent results. Until recently I had not needed any tech support, but when I did, they were VERY quick to respond and help!

I have been using this app for 2 weeks. Our store has more than 10,000 products and 30,000 variants . This app did much better than any of the other apps i have used in shopify ( and over the last several years I have used many search apps ) Filters are amazing and the filters even come in the normal collections . ( Does not happen in many apps) . Great customer support . I have contacted them 5 times and got replies and solutions in 1 or 2 hours . Would highly recommend especially for large variant store like urs www.maplenest.com

I LOVE the idea of my clients and customers being able to 'search' for something in my shop and suggestions pop-up! After I installed and enabled this APP, I reached out for help because there are several ways the APP interacts with your shops' pages. Graham was instrumental in setting-up or using my stores default layout with this APP! I really, really like this APP and my clients and customers are liking it too! This is such a seamless transition that most haven't realized it is an added feature! Thank *you* Graham for your assistance. I appreciate *you* very much!

It's great, meets my needs, a big thank you to Graham, very responsive, competent, professional, and really very patient. I absolutely recommend this app.

Love this app - and the support is amazing! Great response time and helpful people! Highly recommend!

Shopify sites can not filter collections that have large quantities of products in them and this app fully fixed that issue for us. Our customers can not filter out products based on a number of options for all of our collections- both large and small. I've wanted to make several tweaks to our site that required the help of the Live Search & Smart Filters team and each time I've reached out to them they have been quick to respond and help me make the necessary changes. A+ Customer Service!

Good app, easy to use. The customer service is very good and very quick. Help me set up exactly what I need.

I am very happy with the Live Search & Smart Filters app. Best app ever and great customer service. Thank you!!

Been a long time customer for about 3 years now, and their service and filter has always above and beyond any other on the market. Their premium subscription is worth it for anyone serious with good traffic.

Great app, and support is top notch. The analytic reports offer good insights into what is going on from the customer side of things too

Application is great. Works like a charm. Support you receive from developer is amazing. They go beyond and above to fulfil your requirement. Best developer we have dealt with on the shopify marketplace.

The customer support is very nice and awesome. Quick response and professional support even if so many questions. I am very satisfied for it.

Smart functional preview search backed by great service. I added a new app that clashed with some of the search functions and they were quick to make adjustments that perfectly fit the bill for my particular setup!

Großes Dankeschön an die Entwickler :) Easy to use app with a really affordable price! But the best is the amazing customer service, the speed and quality is just unbelievable (my issues and wishes were fixed in just a few minutes) Thanks a lot to the developer, please keep on developing more apps like this ;)

Smooth onboarding with Graham and the application works perfect. Compared to another application we used before, this application provides real time results and no extra time needed for update on a 3rd party server.

Hi, I tried using the Live Search app, it's great, but I found a conflict with another app, it's the old price and the new price, strikethrough both prices, this problem you can it be fixed, the conflicting app is LimeSpot Personalizer. Great Products and perfect friendly and cooperative support. Clear recommendation for everyone who wants to improve their site. Thomas P.

We have been using Live Search from the beginning on of the existing our Shopify Online Shop. We switched to a different Search App a few month ago but we decided to came back to Live Search. It is powerful, flexible to setup for your individual needs and easy to admin. Axel @ FORTEC4x4

I downloaded and installed this app 2 minutes ago. Installation took literally one minute. Very easy to use - no coding needed. Will update review in a few weeks.

I'm pretty particular about the look and feel of our store because I have loyal customers who like things a certain way. This app has added great functionality to them while still feeling familiar to the Shopify-native search set-up. I hadn't realized until recently that our past blog articles were not easily accessible, nor were our special pages. This solves that problem by allowing a search to pull up all of those things as well as items, but keeping them separate so the results are organized and make sense to customers. I had some trouble with it "off the shelf:" I wanted search filters to automatically appear because my customers were used to that, and I wanted the color scheme on the filters to match the site's color scheme. Graham has been very helpful, writing to fully understand my problem and then diving into making everything perfect for our store. It now looks great, feels intuitive, and works perfectly for our customers. Our blog articles are getting more views and as a result, items linked in them are seeing an uptick in sales. Customers have emailed to say they love the new search with photos of items included in it. This app is going to help your customers and your store, and the price is very reasonable - Seriously, what are you waiting for?!

I am extremely happy with this app. I was looking for something simple within my budget that filtered our products when I came across this app. I must say that it exceeded my expectation. The searching and the nice aesthetic of the product list is an awesome bonus. What I love the best is that the filtering works but the developers support customization. Whenever I need something changed they reply to my request fast and make it happen. Getting good and active customer service can be rare in apps so it's greatly appreciated. I have decided to use this app in all of my shopify stores.

Fantastic app, works great and was installed in seconds. Graham from support was outstanding, replied to my query within a few minutes and helped customise the app to suit my needs and themes in no time at all. Great price and fantastic service, would highly reccomend to anyone needing a better search for there store. All we needed was the ability for customers to filter search results and the app offers much more on top. No doubt at all this will hugely help with conversions going forward. Thanks

Live Search is great app that works super well. Support is awesome too. Nice to work with a company that supports a great product. Thanks.

filtering is way off. not sure where they are getting the tags. customer complaints that site is hard to navigate since adding. loss of sales.

Such an easy installation! Their support is top notch. They are willing to help with customizations and respond/fix issues incredibly fast. We are very pleased with this app!

Great product and wonderful support. They reply right away to any questions we had, and made customization to make it work for our shop. Highly recommended.

Its servers my purpose and most impressive is their support. I like the app and recommend to try it.

I use this app as i highly dislike that customers have to input full, exact words on shopify as standard. I had an issue with my paid theme and this app where the search stopped working completely. I contacted shopify and the theme dev which took a week in total! they said to contact this app, so today i contacted them and they had the issue fixed within an hour and had it working better & faster than before! Absolutely amazing service from smart search and i would highly recommend Update - After changing theme we ran into some issues with shopify's native search appearing under the live search one. After a quick email the devs here changed it and it's back to working great again!

This app really helped us to control how our search engine would look like. We were able to add nice features with Graham, one of the developper, like add collections in the search and removing all the OOS items in the search results. All the replies were fast and he did a great job! Thank you!

this search is really live and smart. it is a MUST for all new Shopify stores. the underrated filter function works very well too. support is nothing short of perfect. A real and very passionate person is supporting this app. Keep up the good work, and appreciate your top-notch support!

We really love Live Search! It works much better than the basic search included in themes. Their customer service has been really helpful, too!

This app was really useful and support very fast indeed - good value in comparison to others and I would recommend to others

Great app! Very helpful with setting up the search bar on my new theme. Was able to set it up exactly as I wanted it!

We tried a couple of smart search apps and could not find one that worked well enough for us. We tried Live Search & Smart Search and it works flawlessly. It displays the right information for customers and is also lightning fast. Also, the results display box did not work as we would have liked on Safari on mobile resulting in horizontal scrolling. This was not the fault of the app but on Safari browser on mobile zooming in. The team at Okas got it working fast and the horizontal scrolling disappeared. The app offers fantastic value. I am sure we will be using it for years to come.

Stop searching, this is what you need. This guy offers best features, best pricing, and best customer service. If he continue his service like this, i believe he will get thousands of customers. Well done Graham :-)

We have been using Live Search going on 2+ years. It is one of the very few add-on apps we use. And it has been invaluable for us. The app is easy to configure. The metrics and reporting are fantastic. Moreover, support is lightning fast. Whenever we've reached out for an issue or a request, the response has been quick and collaborative. We will continue using Live Search and can recommend it without hesitation.

Nice and working app. If have problems setting it up there's an amazing support theme to help you up

Great app and amazing support, they get back to you very promptly and go above and beyond to assist you. I definitely recommend this search app to track your keywords! Thank you Graham, amazing service!

5+ star ! great work, great quality and great support team! Mr Graham helped a lot doing the customization. One of the best apps so far. Keep it up guys. Thank you so much

WOW! Awesome app and even better support from Graham! Installed very easily and Graham was super helpful customizing it for us. Thank You

This has been the best search/filter system I have tried for our store! Graham has been a tremendous help with customizing it to our needs, I strongly recommend this app!

This App works great and at a fraction of the price of the other "search" apps. But on top of that, there was a small hiccup in install causing a minor error, and once I brought it to the developers attention, he responded immediately via email and shut off the app while we figured out the problem, and GET THIS, at MIDNIGHT I receive an email telling me he has everything working. WTF! Dude, you stayed up until midnight working on my site. I appreciate you and your app so much, THANKYOU very much Graham!

WOW! Just installed 30 minutes ago. So far so good. Very responsive. Easy setup. Useful customization. I will see how my employees like it after using it for a few days. I'm very impressed with how the search results organize. This should make it much easier for my clients and employees to find information. We have over 400 content pages and 100s of product items. I like how the blog results are displayed as well. I am very impressed. Russ Murray www.DelawareBusinessIncorporators.com

Nice feature in our shop. Support is also really great. I'm very happy with this app and recommend it.

This app is fantastic, its works straight away and the customer service is amazing, would recommend this app over any others , really gave my store the finished it needed

Works great, fantastic value compared to other search apps out there. Fast response for partial SKU search matches. Would definitely recommend.

We re-platformed our website to Shopify the first week of May and have been loving the fact that we can add apps on to meet our business needs. Live Search happens to be one of them. The app is super easy to use but what has impressed me so much thus far is the customer service. One of the app representatives personally helped me complete something for our store rather than me having to figure out how to do it ourselves. Thanks for being so helpful!

Super Easy to install, you really don´t need to do much. It improves a lot customer experience since it shows relevant search results. Great to have

A great search app with a friendly and very helpful support, customising to our needs. Awesome, 5 star rating from us!

Works so well and they've super responsive to questions, suggestions and customizations. They adjusted it to our needs quickly, within a complex, responsive web environment. Great app, great support.

Live Search was quite well and the customer service is always responsive. It might take a while for them to solve the issues, but they never give up and, eventually, succeed.

Just installed this app and it helped us set filters for search on our Shopify store. Now customers see our most popular products, and the ones we want them to see first in search. Great app for the price.

Great service, I've had a few questions and they were very helpful! I have used this app for a few years and love it!

This app is awesome, I only wish I had come across it sooner. Once loaded, which is just a few clicks, it starts working immediately. If you don't have it you should.

Such an amazing app, it was exactly what I was looking for! It was so much easier to use and Customer service is amazing .

The team at Live Search are the most responsive of ANY app that we use! Over a period of a year or so, we have reached out to them on several occasions and they responded within minutes. Sometimes we go days without hearing from any of our other apps. We requested a slight tweak to the functionality of the app and Graham made it happen! We could not be happier with Live Search. :)

Great App. We have been using for the last 1.5 years. It works like a charm. It improved search functionality.

Great app, simple to install and use. Never broken on us once. Useful for quick SKU searching too. Would have been nice to have filters on the search page but we'll have to find another app for that. :)

App works really well. Super easy integration and great support. The team has been very helpful with any questions we've had along the way. Highly recommend.

Very responsive customer service.

Have been using LIVESEARCH for more than a year. It is a very important tool for us and for our customers, couldn't live without out. They also have a great Customer care.

Awesome. A wonderful work. We like this program. Supporting Ideal.

This is a great affordable app that does what it says on the tin. We had a few customisations that Graham helped with so efficiently. He is a superstar!

Have just set this up. It was SOOO easy compared to the search tool we used to have. And the support is amazing. I wanted something to display slightly differently so it fitted better with our store. Graham from LiveSearch fixed it within a few hours of the request. Hat's off chaps! Very impressive work. If you need an uncomplicated, inexpensive but effective search box tool, then look no further. Really, really good.

Great app at a great price (compared to others) and fantastic customer service!

This app does everything I need it to while costing very little. I love that it includes reporting so that I can see the most popular search terms. The customer support is also amazing. Highly recommended!

Great app to use to help our customers search Cleaningequipmentdirect.com for over 250,000 floor sweeper parts and scrubber parts from Tennant, Advance, Nobles and more.

Great value! After testing many other apps this definatly is the best for my needs

Absolutely fantastic product and support. It's easy to use and extremely efficient for a reasonnable price.Thank you Graham !

Great apps, straight forward, very fast and incredible support! Many thanks!

This was the easiest install imaginable. Worked great straight out of the gate. No data as yet to see the impact customer experience or sales, but our experience so far has been great.

Super easy install and configure also much more reasonable price to competitors. One little quirk I've seen is the old default search seems to still be running under the live search but not such a huge problem.

Great Search App! Integrated seamlessly with our site and works nice & fast. Thankyou! Beserk xxx www.beserk.com.au

Love this search app, was much cheaper than the other apps and does the job well. It is very intuitive as you type in a few letters in the search bar and gives a list of the the available products. This has made a major difference in usability to the site, as the standard search options that come with the themes are pathetic! I have noticed an increase in sales since integrating into the site, customers as well as staff seem much happier. Very easy to install as well. This is the best value for money app in the search bar category. If you want to see it live in action have a look on my site.

Perfect for what I need - no fancy pancy stuff just straight up search is what I needed

Amazing app with a great support team. Easy to customise and really useful feature to have on the website - highly recommended and definitely worthwhile!

Best search app in shopify and a great team support !

Best search app for shopify and their customer service is exceptional. Highly recommend.

nice apps. just what we needed. simply and effective. thanks - AutoPartOne.com

Great product, super easy to install. Works on mobil too! Asked Graham a question and received great support. Highly recommended!
