Pretty straightforward set-up. Just what I needed

I've been using Smile for a while now and really loved how easy it was to implement. I needed to speak to support today about an issue I was having that I thought was on their end. The error I was getting was not directly related to the app, but support was wonderful in helping me troubleshoot. They were also very quick to respond.

The customer service for this app has been super helpful! Lee-ann has gone over and above what I would expect based on the service I've received from other companies' apps I have used on my Shopify store. I was having difficulty getting the app to work correctly. After checkout it would go straight to the thank you page and bypass the post-purchase. Alex was quick to notice that the payment process I use is not supported on the post-purchase. He edited by thank you page so that I would be able to still use the app and hopefully get more sales!

The setup process was completed very quickly. Very impressed with the quality of service. Very happy
