Don't waste your time using this app, the supposed recovery emails goes directly to spam folder, they are sending them from info[at]chkt.me and has been reported as spam several times, so it goes directly into the spam folder so you are using a service that basically it cost money and it doesn't work. Thanks for your feedback! Actually, we have an option that allows you to send the emails from your own domain. You just need to complete some few steps by setting up the DNS. Just go to Settings > Email > Notify customer from my domain. Please reach to our support team and we'll be happy to assist you!

We love FASTR! We have been using for abandoned cart recovery for a while now and it is easy to use. The staff is also great. Arthur is super helpful and quick with responding. My only feedback is that you can't add pictures to the texts to help with advertising.

The app fees should be more transparent and customer service could be trained better to deal with payment issues. Had to contact Shopify, then file a report to my bank. The app sorted the refund at the end.

L'application à avoir si vous faites de Marketing SMS le système de flow est extrêment simple et puissant, j'ai eu un petit soucis sur le système de campagne mais le service client m'a répondu super vite! Merci à David pour sa rapidité et sa gentillesse. Je recommande l'application à 100%

good customer service but the app needs to provide more transparency by providing proper data about how many SMS being sent to which country and how much i got charged. I have discussed all this with David, noted all the stuff and promised to make improvements to it.

App has been brilliant so far and has generated sales in the first few hours. Had a minor issue due to shopify changes but was rectified quickly by David, I allowed him access to myshop and he sorted it all for me within an hour of messaging for help. Which makes life easier. Look forward to using the app more and confident in the customer service

I have been trying to get a hold of customer support seems like forever. No reply. I've sent emails and no reply. I am constantly getting errors when I'm trying to use this app. I need someone from support to contact me now. It says 24/7 hr support and it's been 4 hours already with no reply.

The App is easy to set up, looks user friendly and Alex was on hand to support from the beginning.

I was having trouble getting the abandoned cart emails to go out at their scheduled times. Ashley from Carti.io helped me by walking me through how to turn off abandoned carts in Shopify, as well as check email subscribers.

Not sure how successful the cart abandonment recovery is (hoping it will be more that 15% increase in revenue) but the app is easy to install, easy to navigate and it's great to have a chatbox for questions. :) Thank you

Dark billing. The displayed rate of the application up to 1000$ of income generated is $19.99 per month (+ cost of SMS). I paid last month about $75 for $675 of income generated... Hi there, Thanks for the review & I apologize for the bad experience you've had with our app. But SMS costs are not in our control, and they change based on country + message length & and amount of units sent. We do everything in our power to keep SMS costs to the minimum, we do not make any profit on SMS, in fact, we lose over SMS costs. All of that said, you still got a 900% (!!!!!)in ROAS. This is positive compared to probably any ad you've even run. Our billing is not dark, on the contrary, we do everything in our power to make the app profitable and make the pricing fair. Unlike other apps, we charge purely based on generated revenue (when we can). Either way, please get back to me and let me know if you have any other questions, I'll be more than happy to help you out in any way I can + I see that you're still using the app so I guess the experience wasn't that bad. I like the app but it's conflicting with our promotions. If we don't have promotions then I will turn it on. We feel that our customers will get confused if they see 2 promotions. Since ReConvert Upsell & Cross Sell is post sales, that works well for us. This will persuade them to buy more. Thank you.

I am using this app to recover abandoned carts. So far it is very intuitive, easy to customize, and the chat feature is super helpful! They are very responsive and were able to show me exactly how to enable one of their key features.

I really wanted to like this app, because I have used another app from this company that works well, but this one caused my store many problems. It seemed to have conflicts with other apps in my store and also the FB messenger apps never showed up properly. I tried to get support to fix it, but there were still problems, even after they told me everything was ok. Anyway, I couldn't leave my store in a half-functioning state for much longer, so I just ended up deleting the app. Maybe I will try it again in the future when the bugs have been worked out.

Clean interface and Tech Support aren't people, they are wizards. Thank you for making what could have been a painful process easy!!!

I'm so glad I found this app. A youtuber mentioned it and I checked them out. They don't have that many reviews so I was a bit sceptical. However, I ended up canceling a paid subscription with someone else to switch to this app. Now I pay nothing and I'm getting MORE! I wish I'd known about this app sooner as I would have saved a lot of money and would have had free SMS. You can't put a price on free. <3 Also, support was SUPER fast. Like immediate. And it was a live person.

I think this is a great app for any new small business owners. Since this app won't charge you by the impression but instead just the amount of dollars recovered which I think it is a fair deal. It will be free to use if it is under $100 recovered by this app. So far so good and it is very user friendly.

Cart recovery has been a pain in my store for a while, I used to send one cart recovery email and it converted well, but this is a game changer. The support team helped me configure 3 abandoned cart recovery email, same with SMS (which works great BTW!!!) and 3 with push notifications. my order recovery rate improved significantly since I started using Carti.

Cool idea to have all cart recovery automation in 1 place. I asked for a small feature to add and they added it within a day (I needed to edit the logo in the abandoned cart recovery email)... impressed with the support team. so far the SMS abandoned cart abandonment sequence is performing the best. a few features are still missing but it seems like they're building them fast :)

So... 1 app, All the channels I need! Interesting. It's perfect for checkout recovery but they also have browse abandonment campaigns for each channel which is great for cart recovery too! Support was there to help me in the live chat right away so can't complain about that. I only had it running for a few days and already made about 10 sales from it.

Best support ever! I installed the app and Eric from the support team helped me set up everything over Zoom call! I already got an abandoned checkout converted into a sale the fact that you can use both SMS notifications, push notifications and emails are great. before that I only used 1 email to recover cart. Thank you guys!
