Very useful app. Customer support team is quick and helpful.

Bad customer support. They are not open for even very minor customization.

You should definitely add a feature to send recovery reminders over SMS as well, since we have made e-mail field as optional during checkout, and this feature would hep us to recover over SMS.

Thanks Arun for the excellent support. Data Export team has developed custom reports on time for us. I strongly recommend Data Export APP.
