I downloaded this app thinking I'd have to allow an hour or so to set it up but nope. Pearl got in and set up the discount promo we wanted to run, showed me everything so I can do it myself and yeah, I was quite shocked as usually I'd have to contact someone if I found an app fiddly. 100% for customer service!

**edited: we recently just got a new theme and were having issues getting the filters to show correctly. Chris has worked with me so that they are showing and everything is exactly as I want. Highly recommend this app and the service is second to none. We have been using this app for years now and love it! It simplifies everything in our categories (which are quite large) and makes finding something a hell of a lot easier! They set it up for us, shuffled it around so that we were happy with the look and feel of the filtering, and then when I've had questions, there is always someone to help on the live chat. Highly recommend if you have large categories and need to filter them in an easy no fuss way :)

We've used this app for years with no issues. I only recently noticed it wasn't working and contacted the guys through the online chat. They got back to me in about an hour to say it was working but we had another back in stock notication set up that wasn't and as this one was below it, people we not using it! So once we worked it out, I turned the other one off and we are now back to working perfectly! Super stoked to have the issued worked out! Highly recommend! Just a follow up! We noticed the box had moved to a side pop out which we didn't really love as we have a reviews one as well. Contacted the team and they moved it back to the product page for us straight away (I couldn't work out how to do it for some reason). Highly recommended!

Prior to using this app, we were using another one but it become quite buggy and the customer service to fix the issue wasn't there. We moved over to these guys and it was not only easy to install using our theme (we use turbo by out of the sandbox), the follow up service for a few questions I had was second to none. Today I noticed one of our categories wasn't linking properly and they responded straight away with how to fix the issue (it was from my end and an easy fix but its out of hours so I wasn't expecting a reply until at least tomorrow!). We use this app on 2 websites and so far, no issues, easy to use and shows up no worries on the mobile. Highly recommended.

Up until recently, this app was wonderful but the last couple of months, it hasn't worked properly and no decent correspondence from anyone (not even getting a reply and have tried one last time). Won't refresh brands, very slow to load and poor communication.

Super easy to set up and use. My emails look so much nicer, flow through with our branding and easy click through links!

We needed to add a gift wrap app to our cart and checkout, but just couldn't find one that would let us set it up super easily. We thought we'd give Gift Wrap a go and Rob set it up for us, customised it to suit our cart page and did it all. It fits in seamlessly and is going to make offering gift wrap to our customers so much easier. Highly recommended!
