Front face of the app is amazing and the tech team (led by Alex) were very quick to respond and also ended up sorting out some bespoke coding so we could have our ticket orders automatically fulfil. They also managed to sort all this out in the space of a couple days (which is unheard of with most Shopify apps). Overall super pleased with the customer service and support we've received and the app is clean and simple to use for both employees and customers!
Good app and super easy to work out. Also if you do get confused the help team are super quick to respond! Jessica has been helping me and went above and beyond to sort everything out, even updated the app and went through the settings to make sure everything worked fine. Overall really happy with the support :)

Easy to use and a super responsive team which helped talk me through how to set all the settings correctly! Great value for money. :)
Great app and easy to use / understand. Customer support is also great, fast and efficient. Would be useful to include an option to give customers / create free subscriptions (we like to gift subscriptions as raffle prizes for local charities).
We are really happy with this app, it is really easy to use and the customer service is excellent. My issue/query was resolved within minutes.
