Configuration with various entities like google and meta can be tricky but Avada support was very friendly and thorough in helping us get everything set up, testing, and confirming functionality. Special thanks to support agents Avery, Juliana, and Pamela.
There a few apps on Shopify that provide valuable intel, advice, data, and strategy. Lifetimely is one of them. I have worked with them for 4 years, and can tell you that my business moves forward as a result of using lifetimely. Most meets on your calendar get an eyeroll, particularly with the apps you use, but Lifetimely meetings I always look froward to. Stellar software for the price, does nearly everything that something like Gorgias does, at literally 25% the cost, crazy. Great Job team. Moved our entire CX stack to Richpanel + Aircall, working great for unified sales/service analytics.
App is easy to use and has everything we needed. We had an issue with our emails not getting sent and support agent Deepa helped us fix it very quickly!

Straight forward user interface with plenty of options to customize. Great looking responsive widgets. Customer support is fast, friendly, and detailed. They have taken care of our custom requests and questions quite well. Would recommend.
