BEWARE - THEY USE YOUR CHECKOUT PAGE AS THEIR AD FARM. When I found out about it from an upset customer, I contacted Shopify and they identified the issue was Reconvert showing their ads on our website. When I contacted Reconvert, they stated that yes they do and it's a "feature". I never accepted this - ads were being shown without our consent or knowledge. We lost significant brand trust. On top of that, it was not worth the cost. Reconvert rarely resulted in sales and never paid for itself. It turned out to be a liability in every way.

Great app, just what we were looking for. Covers much of what we had custom coding for. Great tech support!
Great support, the switch was easy. We were able to import all our YotPo reviews and not only save $400/mo, but our website is 18 points faster on pagespeed insights using Rapid Reviews as opposed to YotPo, which is huge for us.

Works great, no issues found so far. We used Zoho in the past with terrible results. Trunk is easy to install and use, and the support is amazing!
Tech support was great and helped us import our reviews from a prior app through a few difficulties in the process. We chose it because it works with Google, though it is quite expensive strictly as a review collecting app compared to many others.
It's a nice app with great support. They helped with some custom css to make it do what we wanted to. Exactly what we needed! :)
Excellent app, exactly what we were looking for. It sends emails automatically rather than us having to somehow keep track of all requests. Customer support is excellent and the customizable email template allows us to brand our correspondence to the customer, keeping the guest experience cohesive throughout the visit/request/ordering process. Customer service support is excellent. I mention it twice because they not only set up the program for us (for free), but also helped to troubleshoot the email template issue we were having, both done quickly. We would definitely recommend this app!
Highly recommended. Excellent customer service. Scott worked out a bug in the way Firefox was displaying the items the same day with excellent and quick communication, testing it and getting it done right. This app offer the functionality of the big retailers for a small relative price. We rely on suggestive selling and while this app is new to us, I know it will help our order values increase. Amazon certainly can't be wrong. Very impressed with the service and the app.
