VERY BAD SERVICE, Dont use this app, They are not replying to our emails for many days, we asked for some changes to the filters in our store, They Messed up our website, we are asking them to fix the issues and no respond. NEVER NEVER INSTALL THIS APP.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that we made such an impression on you and it's breaking our hearts to see you disappointed with our support. It seems that there was some misunderstanding. We have only made the same changes that were made in the unpublished theme for the live one, as per your request. We also notified you about it both via email and in the chat, and provided an instruction for reverting the changes. As for now, all the changes have been reverted and the collection pages are powered by the theme again. Please let us know if you still have any difficulties and we will do our best to fix everything. It would also be great if you could let us know the ID numbers of the tickets you already have in your email, so we could check why we missed them and avoid this issue in the future. A fantastic software that performs exactly what we needed it to. We picked Product Labels & Badges because it provides you comprehensive customization and allows you to submit your own design. This software was also quite simple to use, which was a plus. We did have a minor issue/glitch with the app at first, but Gigi and their tech guys: Nguyen The Huy and Nguyen Xuan Thong were really helpful in resolving it within a day. I'm certain it would have been completed a lot sooner if it weren't for the different time zones, but they were on it first thing and kept me updated every day. One suggestion I would have for the app would be to add an additional area where you are able to adjust the padding/spacing from the edge when uploading your own label. BSS Commerce as this app was very easy to use, had a huge amount of ready made labels and looks great in both desktop and mobile versions of our website. Had compatibility issues with our theme and they worked on quickly resolving it. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for easy, consistent labels and badges. Thank you so so much!
