Absolute shiiiiiiit integration app on a mobile platform. Can’t scroll and change settings, can’t save and move onto the next step of creating a campaign. If you want endless hours of frustration trying to get this app on your website, this pile of trash will be for you.

Our support team has tried to contact you 2–3 times by email to investigate the issue, including sharing a video showing our findings, but unfortunately, they haven't received a response from you. Wheelify is a built for Shopify badge and is working smoothly across all desktop and mobile devices. Great Team to work With! I've been up all night trying to get my wheel to pop up on my store and an assistant stuck by me the whole night walked me through the process and I was abit skeptical on sharing my account password. but he logged in my account and helped me get the job done. so that shows they are also trustworthy. big respect to this team!
I still haven't been able to set up this app. Coupons aren't sent to my email. Totally frustrating, a complete waste of time and money.

Hi, We're sorry this fell short. Coupons not reaching your customers isn't something you should have had to troubleshoot on your own, and we understand the frustration behind your feedback. Our customer support manager has emailed you directly. If you're open to it, we'll walk through the setup with you and test the coupon delivery end to end, so you can see it working rather than take our word for it. Our app does offer a free subscription plan, but usage-based charges for impressions are clearly outlined inside the app, billing section, and pricing details. You were never charged a recurring subscription fee — all invoices since July 2025 were generated strictly based on actual app usage. We also see that our customer success team has already been actively communicating with you over email to explain the charges and answer questions. We’re always happy to help clarify billing and usage details, and we genuinely try to keep everything transparent and fair. As a "Built for Shopify" approved app, we take trust very seriously and continuously work to make both pricing and usage reporting as clear as possible.

Lamentamos la confusión que hayas tenido. Para aclarar, el plan Básico no incluye cuotas de suscripción recurrentes. Solo aplica cargos por uso según las impresiones de las ruedas, y los cargos no se pueden procesar sin la aprobación de autenticación de Shopify. Parece que hubo un malentendido con respecto al paso de autorización. Thank you, Alice & Betty! I had so many questions—spent almost 3 hours making sure everything worked from start to finish for activation—but they guided me through the process every step of the way. They answered every single question clearly, which made everything much easier. The app’s pricing is also very straightforward. From my research, other apps charge based on page views, but this one charges based on wheel impressions, making it much more affordable to run a marketing campaign. Highly recommended!

Among all the spin wheel apps, this is the only company that actually responded to my technical support requests (and did so very quickly). The app has many settings and anti-cheat features built in. While other apps didn’t reply to my questions for weeks, this company provided an immediate solution. Truly a successful app.

its a great app, I've captured a lot of customers, its easy to customise how it looks, only downfall is it doesn't automatically create discount codes for you (integration) so you will have to go back and forth creating them. overall great app

This app is awesome to program your promo codes and discount campaigns, i use the free version and is just wonderful, this app also has a live support team to provide you with the assistance any time you need, an Agent Luis helped me to set up a campaign for the first time and it worked perfectly
