we're using this for over a year now and what I particularly like is that you have a lot of options to make sure the design fits the branding of your store well. and the team helps out if any customization is needed so that is very helpful too
very good experience, there are a lot of options and we required some custom adjustments for our feed so we needed assistance and got clear guidance which helped us out completely. it looks like this is the solution we were looking for!
so far so good! got good help setting up, needed some customizations which they helped me with very quickly. so now my size guide is live!

we have so many problems with this app. it is a continuous stream of technical problems, we have to pause our marketing efforts when their bundles break again. happens many times during the weekend and they dont even email back then. and that for such an expensive app do not use this terrible app. is the only thing i can say. the tech is bad. their support team is kind, but the core product, which is an IT solution, is really bad and unstable costing you so much money as a business owner.
very happy with this app, both for back in stock emails as their new preorder functionality. as it is a beta they are still perfecting things but they help immediately, Zia was able to help us super quick and well with our questions!
so far happy with the app! Helen swiftly helped us out with some questions we had once onboarding, so now we're excited to increase our usage of the features.
Mohamed and Nouhaila helped us out very well and quickly too when we ran into some custom requests and questions while installing the app. Our experience so far has been super positive! Lots of features we are looking forward to utilising.
