We've been using Omnisend emails for years and they are so easy to customize. Love the drag and drop! We've just started to use more marketing tools- such as automation and forms- and have found all of the help information very easy to follow. I love that Onmisend has 24/7 chat support, too. Maria was especially helpful and patient with helping me learn new tricks and giving me links to relevant information. Thank you!
This app does exactly what I need, I was was blown away by the customer service so far. Raj helped me add some code to my site that helped us modify a specific product, and we had everything working perfectly in just a few minutes. Highly recommend!
