I've been using judge.me for years and have consistently had excellent service. Thank you for being so responsive and helping with some of the settings to make sure my reviews were showing up correctly on the right products!
I've used this app for a few years now, and I cannot fault the ongoing service. The developers have been responsive with every query and adjustment I needed, including assisting with custom code when required. 5stars easily.
While tweaking the settings I have been asking constant questions on the live chat, the developer has been responding instantly to make sure I am getting everything that I want out of the app - even going in to edit some code that was left over from another uninstalled app to ensure all was working smoothly. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Well worth the $.
It doesn't work. Can't even implement one discount without a save error. Also tried to message them, no reply.
