Great app, does everything we need. And the developer is very responsive for support.
Betreff: Fehlende PRO‑Funktionen – dringende Klärung erforderlich Nachricht: Hallo IzyRent‑Support, ich zahle für Ihren PRO‑Plan (24,99 $/Monat), aber mein IzyRent‑Dashboard zeigt nur einen Bruchteil der Funktionen an. In der linken Navigation erscheinen ausschließlich: Bookings Reminders Plans iCalendar Die wesentlichen PRO‑Funktionen fehlen komplett: Rates Discounts Duration Price Rules Rental Settings Products Settings Diese Menüs sind laut Leistungsbeschreibung Bestandteil des PRO‑Plans, werden aber bei mir nicht angezeigt. Ich habe bereits mehrfach die App über Shopify korrekt geöffnet – die Navigation bleibt unvollständig. Ich erwarte eine zeitnahe Klärung und Freischaltung der fehlenden Funktionen, da ich aktuell für Leistungen bezahle, die nicht verfügbar sind. Hi, I’m sorry for the confusion. I already contacted you by email to clarify this, but unfortunately I did not receive a reply. The features you listed are not separate sections in the left-hand menu. They are available directly inside the IzyRent form, where the rental product and booking options are configured. So these PRO features are available on your plan; they are simply located inside the form rather than in the main navigation. Please reply to my email if you need any help finding a specific setting, and I’ll be happy to guide you.

Very bad experience! lots of bugs! not working with rental days period. Hi, I’m sorry to see this review after 3 years of using the app. I emailed you asking for a video showing the issue, but I haven’t received any response. I also checked your store and the rental-day feature is working correctly. Please reply to my emails with a video or more details about the issue.

So far - I am just in the beginning - I am fairly certain IzyRent will do everything we want it to do, and decently certain it will look good. HOWEVER, the documentation is absolutely terrible. I have to do google questions in the browser in the hopes that the ai will point me in the right direction. More often than not, each ai answer is only half right. It's a study in frustration Hello, Most settings in the app include contextual help to guide you, but I understand that it may not always be sufficient depending on your use case. Would you mind sharing which features felt difficult or unclear, and where you felt something was missing? I also reached out to you by email but haven’t received a response. Also, instead of relying on AI (which can sometimes give incomplete answers), feel free to reach out to support directly. I usually reply very quickly. I’m available if you need any help.

This is the best $25 a month I have ever invested in our business. The two most lucrative offerings in our shop -- afternoon tea and overnights in our vintage camper -- are only possible because of this app. Since I installed it just six weeks ago, it has resulted in $2700 in bookings. This is huge for our little shop in a town of 225 people! (It's about the equivalent of one mortgage payment.) The tech support has also been immediate and patient and good natured. I am so thankful every day to the Izyrent team!!

When I opened my rental business I looked at many options but landed on IzyRent because of its easy and tight integration with Shopify. I am a new user of Shopify and using IzyRent as an app to handle my bookings was an easy addition. If you rent and use shopify, try this one out and you won't be disappointed.

Hi This is an amazing app, it has a lot of features for all different products & services. But the most outstanding thing about this app is the support. I was missing a small something when selecting a date and he just analyzed it and created a solution by programming on the spot. This might not be able for every problem, but their willingness to look into it and act upon is awesome! Thanks!
This is a great app. There are a few limitations but overall this has been a great solution for our ski demo program. Most importantly the customer service has been phenomenal. Any time I've had a problem, they've been very quick with their response and helping find a solution.
Pretty decent app, exactly what we were looking for! Support helped with all my questions during setup. Totally recommended, considering the pricing and the service provided. I also asked about a missing feature and they said they are gonna have it within their next update, so i guess they try to also be up to date with our demands.
We vetted almost all the rental options on Shopify for renting physical goods this was the best solution available. In addition to meeting most of our needs, the customer service has been excellent. They've implemented on-the-fly improvements, and the app is intuitive to use.

This was the app i was looking for. It merges well with my airbnb so I people can direct book with me and I can save on fees. They reply really fast via email. They work out of paris so keep that in mind for reply times.

This app is easy to use and does what it is supposed to do. The developer is super responsive to questions, both fast and with the right information. Glad we picked this app for our store.
The app is one of the only apps that are built for Shopify and have functionality for product rentals which is awesome. The rate is a bit pricey, however the support team is super quick with responses so it helps whenever you're stuck with figuring something out and they can even help in setting things up for you when you're not sure of what to do. It doesn't even need a professional developer to set up which is great as well and the experience of it integrates seamlessly.
Can't overstate how good the experience has been. The app works great and the team has been super helpful and responsive to help us get our implementation running on our site - garagecycles.cc - Higly recommend them.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the app. It is exactly what i was looking for. What I LOVE the MOST is the AMAZING support that comes with it. I had been struggling to integrate a couple of apps for my rental business and within a few minutes their fantastic support SPEAZ found it and fixed it. 10/10 recommend!!!
Worked for a while, then stopped working. Support blamed it on my theme. Also extremely expensive.

Hello :-) That’s simply cause your theme is the issue. Even with the app uninstalled since days, your theme is still not working. I’ve explained you that 3 times, and at the end I’ve even offered you my help to fix your theme even if the app wasn’t in cause since you was a long-time customer but you didn’t answered.

Just set up izyrent for our guest house and it integrates nicely on our website. I had a few questions that I sent by email and got almost immediate response which is such a relief when you get stuck! Highly recommended!

The app itself is incredible: it allows you to create a rental service in just a few minutes and with an easy and simple interface. But, the best part, is the support. I believe I tested all of the rental apps available. IzyRent covers our requirements almost 99%. Configurations are there what needed. For the customer easy to use. UX is rather clear and intuitive - for people who do not use computer daily it took not that long to understand how to work with this app. And the support - I got answers in no time at all and that was Sat afternoon! Highly recommended!

Hello, Your subscription was successfully canceled on 19/03 when you uninstalled the app. This process is completely automatic and follows the Shopify billing cycle. Regarding the deduction you noticed, it's from your last billing cycle, which began on March 11 and was canceled on March 19. It's standard procedure for all Shopify apps that every cycle started is due. For further clarification, you can refer to the documentation here: https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/your-account/manage-billing/your-invoice/apps I've tried reaching out to you via email multiple times to explain, but unfortunately haven't received any responses. I rely very heavily on this app as my business is a rental business. This app is the entire reason I chose Shopify as my host site. I had an issue adding rental items to existing order. Customer service was responsive and very helpful and prompt. Very pleased so far.

I was looking for a simple lightweight solution for our rental service. IzyRent looked like it's gonna check all the requirements. After initial setup I found few really specific use cases which were not covered in a default settings. I have reached IzyRent support. They were tremendously helpful , setting up custom script on my behalf which solved problems and on top of that very friendly staff. So far 5 stars!

We use the IzyRent app on our website so people can rent equipment on their own, with no need for paperwork. It works really well and has a lot of features that we need in order to customize. Would highly recommend for equipment rentals! A+
EXCELLENT SUPPORT! We had a technical issue where the "Add to cart" was glitchy and not working - this was due to conflicting scripts with another app (Seedgrow WhatsApp) which has a datepicker for some reason. Anyways, the dev team at SPEAZ did an excellent job at replying instantly to our email, and even taking the time to look at the code and find a fix. 5 star service :) highly recommend this app and looking forward to seeing more updates and improvements in the future.

While tweaking the settings I have been asking constant questions on the live chat, the developer has been responding instantly to make sure I am getting everything that I want out of the app - even going in to edit some code that was left over from another uninstalled app to ensure all was working smoothly. Couldn't ask for better customer service. Well worth the $.
