Just installed, but so far the experience has been great and the customer service team has been very helpful.
John G was very helpful with assisting me in making some custom changes to how the reviews are displayed on our app.
So far so good. I just started installing it, but it seems to have all of the features that I am looking for and the customer service has been very helpful.

This app has provided us with everything we were looking for to be able to self-insure our customers. Plus, the customer support has been outstanding. They are available for communicating, resolving issues, they helped us to implement the coding and they also created customization for our specific needs. We are very pleased and highly recommend.
