We have used Stock Sync to connect an online store to over a dozen suppliers. The suppliers were using a range of different systems & Stock Sync worked with each of them. If we ever got stuck the Stock Sync support staff were responsive & helpful. Very pleased with this app. Update 05/04/23 - app wasn't working so I messaged the developers and the problem was fixed within the hour - great service guys!

Excellent app with set & forget automations that really work. I've noticed a huge uptake in our abandoned cart and product recommendations. I couldn't be more impressed with the service I've received or the app.

Outstanding app that has modernised the look of our store dramatically. We use it in conjunction with Variant Image Automator and the they work together so well. We can now display variant images on our collection pages which allows customers to see them as a main image before opening the product page. I had quite a few modifications to make and the guys at StarApps were so helpful. Changes were made quickly and their communication was first rate. Get this app!

I can't believe we didn't get this app earlier! Setting up the scenarios to correctly reflect your desired shipping costs was made so much easier by Paul. He basically hand-held me all the way through until we got it right, his patience was outstanding. Now our store is truly reaping the rewards of this fantastic app and the boss is finally happy. We've been using Frankie for around 8 months now and we are very happy with our results. We have had a steady increase in conversion rate since we started and it is noticeable that our previous app's numbers have been exceeded comfortably. The developers did a great job of matching our theme and adding a few xtra features we didn't have before. Our changeover from the previous app was painless and quick. Definitely recommended.

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with this app. In less than a month it has generated nearly $7k in sales, something the in-built recommended products that comes with Shopify couldn't do in 5 years! It is extremely impressive with it's AI and from what I have seen the suggestions are very relevant and actually make sense (certainly as a shop owner, but also from a consumer point of view). When we installed the app we asked for our current styling and RP positioning to be carried over and not only was this done, it happened a lot quicker than I anticipated. Daniel answers my queries quickly and he is very helpful with suggestions and advice. If you aren't using this app then you are missing out - get into it!

We had closed our account after a slight internal miscommunication, after contacting the helpdesk we were able to restore our account very quickly and get back into business. Seth was very good and we are more than happy with the service we received

Very simple and quick integration, I was pleasantly surprised. I will be sending out a newsletter in a couple of weeks so will be keen to see how that goes. The pausing/restarting of my abandoned cart email series worked perfectly and has been functioning as expected - thanks guys!

Excellent app, easy to configure (so many options!) & great support too. If you're after something to really enhance your customer experience, then this is a must have.
