I had a very frustrating experience with Awin, especially when trying to cancel their services. After deciding to close my account, I reached out multiple times via email with no response. It feels nearly impossible to get in touch with their support team when you actually need them.

We have used Evy for several events and haven't had any issues with tracking and attendee check-ins. Also, assistance with customer support is quick and efficient. No concerns to date.

Better Reports is an accurate name for this app. Claudia has helped me twice now on two different reports and her responses are invaluable. Not only does she get the problem solved, she helps me better understand how the app works and how to get the results I need.
