We use Zipchat for our wireless earbuds business, soundsgood.ca, and it is very helpful in assisting clients with common problems. This allows us to offer instant support 24/7. If the bot cannot resolve an issue, it directs the client to our email support. The bot also helps visitors better understand our products and make more informed choices. You need to train the bot, and while it's not perfect, it's still pretty awesome!

We recently transitioned to the Loox app for our Shopify store after learning that the Shopify Reviews app would be discontinued. Initially, we were apprehensive about making the switch, fearing the potential issues and complexities that often come with new apps. From the moment we installed Loox, we encountered zero issues. Transferring our reviews from the previous app to Loox was remarkably easy. The app's setup is intuitive and user-friendly, making the whole process a breeze. Our store's primary language is French, which has been a challenge with other apps in the past. Loox, however, handled this effortlessly. Impressively, the app asks for your store's language during installation – a first for us! This thoughtful feature ensured that we didn't face any language-related issues, providing a seamless experience right from the start. Integrating Loox with our store was quick and efficient, taking us just about 5 minutes. The app perfectly aligned with our store's branding with minimal effort on our part. Additionally, we appreciated the ability to disable extra options initially and only use the basic features. This step-by-step approach prevented us from feeling overwhelmed and allowed us to gradually explore more advanced options. The integration with Klaviyo has been flawless. We faced no issues, and the synchronization works perfectly, enhancing our email marketing efforts seamlessly. Overall, Loox has been a fantastic addition to our Shopify store.

Best app out there to ship your products effortlessly. We have multiple e-commerce stores so this is very helpful to fetch all the different stores via the same app and the same carrier (Canada Post, in our case)

I love how easy it is for me to sync all my different stores with only one app, instead of paying individually for an app on each of my stores. It's so much easier than what I was using before! The amount of time that Synder will save you is worth every penny

Great product that fits our need perfectly. You can customize it enough so that it looks native to your Shopify theme (at least for us) and the 7 days trial helped us figure out if this app was worth it before purchasing a subscription. We believe it has more value to show our Facebook reviews instead of reviews from Ali Express like every other store.
