Orders are processed quickly and shipped out quickly. Some clothing and accessories choices are shipped from overseas, so shipping for those items may take a little longer. There is a filter to identify which items ship from USA. Samples are available for purchase. I've had nothing but a great experience with Trendsi Dropshipping and their staff. The app lays out your choices of how you can offer different types of discounts to customers. The staff was very helpful when I had any questions or issues.
