We have been charged just for installation twice and we install the app right away but it was not mentioned anywhere that we will be charge on installation only. request you to refund the same on prioirty as we do not find any point of support for this app. Shopify is also not responding on these charges. Works good, sometimes when you want to allow your customers to use multiple discount codes, only BUNDLE is shown. So you don't know if it was a mistake or which other discount code has been used. 5* if this issue will be fixed one day.

Terrible and rude support. We have another app that we've had installed for years that recently updated, and Bundle Bear no longer works correctly. Support team from the other app knows that it can be compatible but Bundle Bear support is unwilling to listen and we were pushed away and told to just delete the other app. They also refused to talk with the other app's support team through phone/video as they only will communicate through email. Will be deleting this app very soon which is a shame because we've used this for years as well. Had a solution existed to integrate the two applications for your store, we would have been pleased to resolve the issue. As explained in our email, the Shopify checkout process currently prevents our discount from being applied to products that are also modified by your other app. This conflict is blocking the Bundle Bear discount from loading correctly during checkout. However, if you remove the 'dual' checkout button, the Bundle Bear discount will function seamlessly. This app has potential, but it uses its own propriety technology vs. integrating with the Theme. We encountered enormous difficulty trying to get it to work, having nuanced conflicts other installed apps and never finding a good solution. The support team spent time trying to sort it out, so providing 2 stars here exclusively for their persistence. But we needed to use another bundle app that works more fluidly with the theme out of the box.

Worst customer service I've ever seen from an app with such a high rating. Itai from customer service reads your messages and ignores you when they are clearly online. Be aware: everything was working fine for a few months until the discount stopped working on its own. We didn't change anything or even install new apps. I contacted support to fix it and got no help. It's been over a week without a solution or even a reply. They change settings on the app without telling or consulting with you, despite being told not to do so.

Great experience using this app and can bundle all of my products easily. I ran into a small issue and their team fixed it in a matter of minutes and we're great to work with. The app is not robust. The reason 1) the app does not replace the previously stock bundles that I had on my website. Tech support stated they are unable to do this. 2) The app does not allow me to add multiple different offers on the product page for example offer a) buy x get y free offer b) buy a + b get c % off again tech support said they were unable to do this.

There customer service is slow. They also have soldiers that are part of the Israeli war. If you support this company, your hard earned dollars are funding oppression, apartide and genocide. I don't support them. There design team is away for a month because they've been called in to fight the war. Disgusting that they would even tell a customer that. I DONT SUPPORT GENOCIDE, AND I WILL NOT PUT MY MONEY IN THERE COMPANY.

It's a great application! The support team is very helpful, efficient and fast! They fixed a bug in few minutes. Thank you!

Be careful using this app. The app will randomly go down and the discount codes provided by Bundle Bear won't work for your customers. Sadly, Bundle Bear doesn't say anything when this happens, you just have to troubleshoot it yourself. On Tuesday the app stopped providing customers with discount codes, resulting in a ton of abandon checkouts and refunds from customers who accidentally bought at full price. This continued until Friday. The only reason I found out this was happening is because we had comments on our Facebook Ads calling us scammers saying we were lying about our BOGO deal that we have through Bundle Bear. My conversion rate dropped 2.5% when this happened. This isn't an isolated incident either, I'm in a paid discord group and countless other people have said this app will randomly go down without Bundle Bear saying anything.

Fabulous app. Very stable. Every discount has worked perfectly for years now. Whenever I wanted support creating complex discounts that integrated with other apps, they gave brilliant customer support. Would recommend!

After trying a competing volume discount product, we gave Bundle Bear a try. It has worked great. More important, support was top shelf during the startup process, helping resolve issues unrelated to their product and ensuring we immediate were getting value from the product.

We've used this app for more than one year and it's perfect. We have a lot of bundle sold every month and it's now a big part of our revenue. On top of that the support team is excellent and very quick to answer.

I wanted a user friendly app that would enable me to create bundles of products for my customers, sync with my Shopify store, and update my inventory. Bundle Bear was the app for me. The app lays out your choices of how you can offer different types of discounts to customers. The staff was very helpful when I had any questions or issues.

The apps great and actually looks apart of my website :) My theme generally makes it much more complex to install extra features from apps. Contacted Lynda at bundle bear and it was installed extremely quickly as well as a little tweak just for me!

I fumbled around with various tiered price break apps that didn't work for us. They either caused problems in the cart or checkout, or the way items were selected on the product page was clunky. And we had to do a little bit of custom coding to get the cart looking right, buttons in place, etc. I found Bundle Bear and seriously all those problems went away. Like poof. I'm using the Brooklyn theme. It came together smooth as butter. Product page looks great. Cart and checkout are in-tact and perfect. Good job Bundle Bear team!

Excellent app and so easy to integrate and use. Love the diversity of upsell options that are given and how you can apply different types of discounts to different products. Highly recommend to also install the Honeycomb upsell funnel as customer service will offer to design the upsell to match your store! :)
