We recently implemented BLOY as our loyalty and rewards program for our Shopify store, and it has made customer retention much more structured and clear for both us and our customers. The biggest advantage is how straightforward the points system is to configure and understand. We were able to set earning rules, redemption values, and VIP tiers without needing custom development or complicated integrations. Customers immediately understand how many points they earn and what they’re worth, which removes confusion and actually motivates repeat purchases. The tier and rewards structure works especially well because it lets us build long-term relationships rather than just offering one-time discounts. A great app with great customer support services and one thing which i found inserting is they have reasonable charges. and again saying their support team is just amazing i just stuck in many things and Sarah a angle lady really help me .<3
