it's ok, but I am trying to submit a help request through the contact form on the app, but it just keep thinking and will not send. The king variant App seems to affect how my other variants display. The products that use King variant app variant for chain length, the colour will only appear as a drop down. but for all my products that don't have a variant using this app, they appear as buttons, which is how I want them all to appear. Hoping this can be fixed. Writing here as I have been waiting for 30 minutes to submit a contact us request through the app, but ti won't go through.
You can only add live rates to your site with the $517/month advanced shopify plan. I get a cheaper UPS rate through Shopify than Click Ship, so not sure what the advantage is? I think I will be uninstalling this app, and just using the UPS labels that are already available through Shopify
Seamless integration with Shopify, and amazing customer service make Klaviyo a no brainer for any business. My flows and email campaigns consistently help me increase sales and my AOV. Very happy with Klaviyo!
it's ok. it glitches a lot. totals don't match what is on the order. service is good, but I cant wait weeks for it to fix, I need to be able to send invoices right away.

Hey there! Thanks for sharing this, and I’m sorry about the glitches you experienced. We’ve since released a completely new version of the app with much better accuracy in totals, faster document generation, and a far more stable system overall. The earlier version you used was from before we acquired the app, and unfortunately it was not being properly maintained, which led to delays and inconsistencies like the ones you mentioned. Pretty straightforward to use. I am still a little confused with the Klaviyo integration. Still a little too new to see any real results yet. Customer service is top notch, and always very quick to reply. Katherine has been extra helpful.
