We've been using Tax Rex for at least a year, if I remember correctly. They have executed flawlessly and eliminated all the stress and hassle related to sales tax. Their customer service is prompt, courteous and professional. I highly recommend Tax Rex!

Works as described. Easy implementation. Great service. Had a small issue with our theme settings that they fixed in a few minutes!

I don't know how you could give a bad review to this app. We've tried several helpdesk platforms and I think we finally found the right one for our use case in Reamaze. We needed consolidation of email, voice, SMS, social and Shopify. Reamze does all this very well with several voice/phone integrations to choose from. Setup was easy including phone and social channels integrations. The agent UI is actually pleasant to use so CX is not a chore. The Shopify integration is tight and easy to assimilate at a glance. Reamaze support is very fast and competent.

These guys are VERY smart! Youri, Anya & Oz. They are a nice, responsive and very knowledgeable team. This app is continually improving as new functions & features are added. The finished goods forecasting and re-ordering is ready for prime time and is the BEST. They are now fleshing out the raw materials and bill of materials functionalities. This seems to be going well and I'm looking forward to see the end result. This about the fourth inventory app we've tried and is by far the best for finished goods. I think the raw materials part will also be the best soon. If you manage inventory - you need this app! I'm glad to review and support this team and hope they are very successful so that they can continue to develop this outstanding app!

Truly amazing! I don't review much and will sound like a fanboy here because I am. I want to help these guys all I can because they are great. Finaloop is MADE FOR ECOMMERCE. Not only is Finaloop a very well designed app with an intuitive, deceptively simple UI that makes it a breeze to use, it's also a FULL FLEDGED bookkeeping and accounting system that replaces QuickBooks, Xero, etc.! We've been looking for a QBO alternative for years - Finaloop is not only an alternative - it is FAR SUPERIOR. And that's not all! Finaloop is a real accounting firm so they can literally become your accounting department and even do your (US business) taxes! Your books are monitored by a full staff of human accountants that are always there to help! Finaloop has revolutionized our bookkeeping/accounting by removing all the stress, reducing bookkeeping time to a few minutes a month (!!) and providing reports that we can trust. No more reconciling bank, CC, PayPal statements EVER - Finaloop does it all in real time. Finaloop processes raw data by read-only access to the original sources so the numbers are 100% accurate. AP and payroll are effortless with Settle and Gusto integrations. Many more integrations are available. They're also developing an inventory module that will be amazing.

This is the only wholesale app we've used but we chose it because it if full-featured and Wholesale Helper also offer related apps that work together with this one including Wholesale Order Form & ReOrder and AReceivables. Their customer service team is very responsive and helpful.

This is a very well thought-out, polished, and affordable app compared to the many other product bunding apps. Customer service has been very helpful.

We're using CreditsYard as our rewards program. We wanted rewards that work like store cash instead of the usual "redeem by converting points into coupon codes/discounts" workflow which we believe is annoying and complicated. CreditsYard store credits can be "spent" like money in the cart in two clicks but remain available in the customer's balance until the order is actually placed. This way, if the customer decides to do more shopping before placing the order, the credits remain available and funjible instead of locked away in a fix-amount coupon/discount because previously converted. I can't say enough about this team. They have provided the most competent and responsive customer service I've ever seen. Questions answered, issues fixed, customizations done almost in real time - Amazing! Mostafa is very helpful and patient. We had lots of questions and needed some customization work to use CreditsYard with our wholesale app/customers (which others told us is not possible), then later had to redo because of theme updates but Mostafa took it in stride and fixed us up in no time! Thank you!
